Anonymous User:“The air con was not really working that well, no (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap nor shampoo was there) like indicated in the e-receipt. The service was not really that urgent when it comes to costumer’s needs but overall, it’s good for the price. I hope the service will be much more attentive.”
Guest User:“Cleanliness probably the best so far...
place safe and nearby to robinson.mall employess very professional ill recommend this hotel.
west town hotel price very cheap and affordable...”
Guest User:“NO ELEVATOR!!! Not for people with disabilities, AC wasn’t working properly, basic hotel commensurate to price, only good thing is Alex in front desk and julius was king and accommodating, and location is near restaurants and pasalubong centers, will not likely stay at this hotel again when in Bacolod”
