This time I traveled to Mount Emei from Zhejiang, and the whole itinerary was very pleasant💯. I can eat several mouthfuls in one go. It is also very clean and has no fishy smell. I am really happy😇. - ‼ ️Crispy eel bones After eating this dish, I really envy the people in Mount Emei. The taste of the crispy eel bones is really🈶️ for me. I can't stop eating since it was served on the table🥢. - ‼ ️Fish offal Must order, must order💟, full of fish roe and fish bubbles, just seeing it will make you drool🤤, and it is so fast to eat!

I barely recovered from the breathtaking beauty of Mount Emei's Golden Summit when I was captivated by the delicious food at the foot of the mountain. ❗ We had super authentic Linjiang shredded eel, cross-legged beef, sweet-skinned duck, and charcoal-grilled 🔥, plus shaved ice 🧊... burp~~~ I could eat a ton more... 📍Grandma Ju's Shaved Ice A bowl of shaved ice in the summer is such a delight! It melts in your mouth, refreshing and cool. The shaved ice is piled high like a mountain, topped with crushed peanuts and mini pearls. There's also an Emei snow flavored version—don't miss it! 📍Sweet-skinned Duck The sweet syrup drizzled over the fragrant 🦆 looks so tempting, but it's sweet but not cloying—quite unique! 📍Niu Man Tang Local Cuisine Restaurant - Cross-legged Beef (Emei Branch) It's said to be a local favorite. I stumbled into a restaurant and was immediately handed the wall. It was so delicious!❗ You absolutely have to order the Linjiang Shredded Eel. They came with a whole bowl. The deboned eel was as tender as noodles. Grab a chopstick 🥢 and the spicy broth was incredibly spicy. The broth was just as good, and the noodles were incredibly fragrant! 🍜 The Cross-legged Beef was also a generous portion, with a generous portion of tender and flavorful beef. Paired with a dry chili noodle dish, it became even more chewy the more you chewed, and the cabbage soaked up the beef's broth. 📍Barbecue After nightfall, the riverside barbecue stalls were packed with foodies. Veal skewers smothered in cumin, grilled eggplant topped with garlic and chili... the aroma was simply amazing... Maluqiao Food Street has so many options! I'd come to Emeishan countless times just for this local restaurant! This restaurant was highly recommended by local Emeishan friends; it's delicious and affordable. The only downside is that it's only available in Emeishan. Chengdu simply can't make it taste this good. When in Emeishan, you absolutely must try the Linjiang shredded eel. The shredded eel is incredibly clean, and slurping it like noodles is incredibly satisfying. Adding noodles to the broth is also incredibly delicious. 😋 The cross-legged beef is also fantastic, piping hot upon order. The beef, offal, and lotus root dipped in the ㊙️-made dried dipping sauce is incredibly fragrant. 👅 There are also a variety of local snacks that make me drool just thinking about them. The tofu pudding is incredibly filling and rich in texture; the siu mai are thin-skinned and filling, bursting with juice; the sweet-skin duck has crispy skin and tender meat, a sweet and fragrant flavor without being greasy...
