The oldest mosque in Penang, nice!!
Founded in 1801, it is the largest historic mosque in George Town. Designed in Moghul architecture, it features beautiful minarets and domes.
When I came out of Guanyin Temple, I was planning to take a car to the national park. I saw onion heads far away, and I felt that this mosque was very magnificent. Looking closer, this church is so big. After reading the introduction, it turns out that it is the oldest and largest mosque in Penang. Built in 1800, it was the same period as Guanyin Temple. It suddenly felt that Penang was well protected for historical buildings.
There are many beautiful mosques in Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur has the National Mosque and Kamei Mosque, Putrajaya has the Pink Mosque, Malacca has the Floating Mosque, and Penang has this famous mosque. The onion-like dome is very prominent and can be seen from a long distance. See it, it's easy to find. It is worth coming.
