beautiful landscape and campus. so lovely to walk just around and gorgeous views of Glasgow from the top
The university of glasgow's auditorium is filled with parents of different colors from around the world, and children about to graduate, waiting for the mace-in-hand graduation committee to enter.
It is different from the process of taking a graduation picture together when graduating from a domestic university. The graduation ceremony of the University of Glasgow was held in the cathedral. After the students and guests are seated, a group of people enters and sits on the certification table under the leadership of the leader holding the scepter, and then awards certificates and blessings to the students one by one.
The University of Glasgow, founded in 1451, is one of the ten oldest universities in the world and the fourth oldest university in the English-speaking world. In this university, six Nobel Prize winners and two British prime ministers have been trained. The university’s gate is flat and low-key, and you can’t tell that it is one of the four prestigious universities in the UK. The Gilbert Building, the main building of the main campus, is magnificent. It was designed by the famous medieval architect Sir George Gilbert Scott. It is the second largest Gothic Revival building after the British House. The finishing touch of the whole building is its Gothic clock tower. Under the Gothic exterior, the interior of the main building is decorated in Victorian style.
The University of Glasgow in the UK is very old and the university environment is beautiful and the open environment makes the campus very artistic! The architecture is English castle and the exterior is beautiful! Well worth a visit!
Amazing place to visit if you are in Glasgow. Such a peaceful place and wonderful architecture. Would love to visit it again
the staff is not friendly and the professor of a lecture was not trying to actually give students adequate knowledge but ceased almost every case video in the class.
