Waimanalo beach is one of the stunning less crowded in Oahu. Waikiki is almost overated so this beach is perfect for fun family beach day. Good for kids as the beach is not wavy.
It may be one of the beautiful beach you’ll see in a
Oahu. 45 Mins drive if you are coming from Waikiki.
Bring your own beach mat and portable sunbed and beach umbrella.
Best to go during summer, cold breezy months like Nov January tends to be windy.
one of the best beach in Oahu somehow called eternity beach. Small pocket of sand beach located southeastern shore of Oahu close to Alona Blow Hole.
Hawaii has something different you should try! Good vibes, beautiful landscapes and awesome people. Oahu is amazing! Waikiki is a bit touristic but still worths the visit and many places are not explored yet.
Hawaii is a U.S. state located in the Pacific Ocean. It is the only state outside North America, the only island state, and the only state in the tropics. Hawaii is also one of a handful of U.S. states to have once been an independent nation.
Hawaii encompasses nearly the entire Hawaiian archipelago, composed of 137 volcanic islands spanning 1,500 miles (2,400 km), which are physiographically and ethnologically part of the Polynesian subregion of Oceania. The state's ocean coastline is consequently the fourth longest in the U.S., at about 750 miles (1,210 km).[b] The eight main islands, from northwest to southeast, are Niʻihau, Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi, Kahoʻolawe, Maui, and Hawaiʻi, after which the state is named; it is often called the "Big Island" or "Hawaii Island" to avoid confusion with the state or archipelago. The uninhabited Northwestern Hawaiian Islands make up most of the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument, the largest protected area in the U.S. and the third largest in the world.
This Hawaiian island offers a wide range of experiences for visitors. You can surf, enjoy a meal on the beach at a five-star luxury resort in Wailea, ride a horse across a dormant volcano in Haleakala National Park, or hike through a rainforest in the West Maui Mountains. The natural scenery is amazing-it's truly one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
Three must do things in Oahu.
1- Surf at Waikiki Beach. This is a great spot for beginners to learn to surf. The waves are gentle and make it easy to learn how to stand up on your board. It’s also a great place to watch the sunset.
2- Hike Diamond Head. Diamond Head is an extinct volcanic crater with some of the best views of the island. It’s a reality rly easy hike which can take around 1-2 hours, depending on how many times you stop to take photos.
3- Walking around Lanikai Beach. This is one of the most breathtaking beaches I’ve seen. Directly in front of the beach is a small island that you are able to be boated out to. It really makes you feel like you are truly in paradise.

Hawaii is more than a romantic location. if you are seeking adventure then Hawaii is truly a place for you! The scenery in Hawaii is something out of a movie! It's lush, green and beautiful!
One of the most popular hikes is called Stairway to Heaven. You can hike to the top using the back route. The only issue is that it takes about 4-6 hours to do it but it is perfectly legal. Trying to hike mountain using the stairs is actually illegal and there is police in the area looking out for tourists trying to do this hike. You could be fined up to $1000 as well. So be careful and have fun!

Don't you get tired of seeing the same shots and locations on Insta?
How do capture the attention of an audience when a destination has been photographed so many times already? We see this happen all of the time. A location gets hot on social media and then your whole timeline is flooded with the same type of imagery.
As a self-taught photographer/content creator, it's not easy being innovative in places that are popping on social media. We get sucked/tempted into wanting to recreate someone else's shot. It's always been a personal challenge of mine to at least try to capture a few images in ways that I haven't seen before. Granted, there are some shots that can simply only be taken from one angle so it becomes a classic shot. Although I'll also take these classic shots, they are usually for me to see and not to post unless I can induce a different kind of mood through editing.
For this shot, I literally tried doing my first DSLR selfie. After a few tries, I got one that looked like someone else took it. I brought the mood out in post-processing with Adobe Lightroom. The key for me is to never over-edit my work to the point where it looks clearly fake (i.e. the blues are too blue and the greens are too green).
Hopefully as you scroll down your feed, this image will cause you stop, evoke some kind of emotion out of you and have your eyes refreshed by the time you scroll down to the next pic on your feed.
