Canaan Island is located on the Chouben River in Hoi An. It is a peaceful water town. It is famous for the coconut groves running through the islands. It is very interesting to take a dustpan to travel through the coconut groves. The villagers here still keep their simple living habits, and the thatched huts built with coconut leaves are warm in winter and cool in summer. In addition, there are farmhouses on the island, providing tourists with home-grown vegetables and meals.
