我在这里跑了将近3小时，感觉很棒！我建议大家把车停在游客中心那里，然后拿一张游览地图。这里水不多，所以要带登山壶或者水瓶，用来灌水。他们这里有饮水器，但你最好还是有点准备。在公园的主要区域有移动公厕，都要走一段平坦的泥泞小路。徒步旅行的地方没有厕所，所以记得带一个尿袋！有超多的垃圾筒。景色超级棒！！！！！！
