The most beautiful castle Pena Palace encountered wind and rainy days? 📍 Sinteka Town is1.5 hour drive from Lisbon 🚘 Travel mode: self-driving 🌀 Weather is the biggest variable of this trip. When you drive to Sintra Town, the sky starts to rain. Although the rain is not big, the visibility is greatly reduced. After arriving at the top of the mountain, the mist was lingering, and the Pena Palace could only see a vague outline. Although it is full of fairy spirit, this exterior scene is basically no drama. However, because of the rain, the number of visitors dropped sharply, and it was also considered to be a staggered peak due to the weather. 🎫 Tickets: 14 euros, you don't need to book in advance, you can buy it on the spot. 🌈 Feature recommendation: 1⃣️ The sunny Pena Palace is really like a fairy tale castle. The wall of the building is composed of red, yellow, gray, blue and purple, which is very romantic. 2⃣️ The Pena Palace has a rich collection, and the banquet hall is displayed with exquisite tableware to reproduce the daily life of the royals. 3⃣️ There will be some ornaments in the corners and corners, and you can easily find the unique design that emerged after the cultural exchange between East and West. Many utensils, even if put into today, have a considerable burning difficulty. Smattering, although the exquisite collection and the magnificent palace make us worthwhile, but it is quite regrettable not to encounter the innocent, there will always be one or the other uncontrollable factors in the trip, maybe a few years later, it is also a different feeling.

National Palace of Pena or in Portuguese called palácio nacional da Pena. The history of this magical place begins in the 12th century, when there was a chapel dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Pena. In this same location, King Manuel I had a monastery built, the Royal Monastery of Nossa Senhora da Pena, later handed over to the Order of São Jerónimo. This palace is on the top of national park, recent not allowed private vehicles to get on there. because the way is narrow and high, but sintra communithas the bus service to go there. and ticket to go inside the palace about 14€ per person. To get up there also 2 ways to choose is bu walking it will take about 15 to 20 mins but on the way will pass by the park garden and view points to see Sintra town. And another way this a golf car service fir whom not able to walks. Oncevto got there you will forgot all tied because a beauti of the palace will magnetize you to enjoying every conners every views there.

A very very huge palace with a very long and interesting history! Bring along an umbrella or raincoat in case it rain, because while queuing up at the entrance it poured so hard that everyone including the staff ran inside for shelter. You will have to take a bus up and pay an entrance fee. There is a small cafe for snacks and drinks and also a souvenir shop. A must go sight if you are there. Worth the visit!
