The town of Prygos, once the administrative capital of Santorini, was replaced by Ferra. Located on the hills, it is the highest point of Santorini Island and offers a panoramic view of the island. The whole town is small, but it has 33 churches. It is not very famous, has few residents and few tourists. It is relatively quiet. On the way from Fira, we can pass Santo Wines Winery, but when we did not go to Pyrgos, we didn't feel as amazing as we thought. In fact, the whole island of Santorini is covered with small white houses, so it's not very attractive. But there are more local residents and fewer tourists, which is more peaceful and peaceful than Ferra. You can also see that many abandoned buildings are a bit gloomy.
