War Memorial Review

It's a very tall war memorial, set in a town square where straight streets are four directions away, and the female figure on the top of the tower stands on a sphere while stepping on a snake wriggling on the ball. She was a symbol of victory, holding a laurel crown in one hand and a sword in the other.
