This is a small place. The owner is Hiroki San and also the sushi chef whom a very friendly person. Well spoken english, very stylish. This is a defenitely "an hidden gem" The sushi and sashmi were "heavan". We were served with 3 different types of excellent Hokaido uni (sea urchin) in 3 different ways of servings. I can see the way he selected the seafoods were with his heart to see what are fresh in the market coz his selection is something we dont see in any common sushi place and the way he prepared either raw or cooked both ways tasted delicious with his own creation of sauces. He prepared squid with seaweed.. wow.. Truely his own unique creation, nothing can compare to any sushi chef.
