I couldn't go without renting a car, but I stayed in Nemuro and finally got there. You can see not only salmon but also sardines and sharks up close. Moreover, you can buy food and feed it on the spot. It's interesting to learn about the history of Ainu and cherry blossoms. Access is an issue.
