The place is clean and spacious, the service attitude is good, and the food quality is first-class. However, the shuttle bus was 20ms late and the facilities were not complete enough.
The facilities were new and clean and the children were happy. The fixtures were also color 々. The dining room had the smell of Yakiniku from the one we used before, but the dining room and living room were partitioned so I could spend it without worrying so much.
The bed was large, the air conditioner was comfortable and I rested slowly. It was also interesting to be able to try products that are not in my house.
I would like to use it again.
The owner was really friendly and nice, gave us a thorough brief on where we could go and also the times most possible to see Mt fuji in it full 😄
He also helped us when we were stranded cos of the buses (take note bus ends early! do check timings, dont be like us)
Really enjoyed our stay there! The convenience of the red-line bus stop so near was also great.
Thank you!!
5 people travel, so satisfied
Facilities: complete, there are free bicycles to ride to the attractions very local
Hygienic: very new, clean and tidy
Environment: The bedding is comfortable and you can see Mount Fuji 🗻 Perfect
Service: You can make an appointment for the shuttle bus, and the service is very satisfactory until the appointment is full.
Great place. I stayed in a log cabin, which was new and clean, with a cypress smell. You can see Mount Fuji from the balcony of the room🗻, and you can also barbecue on the balcony. The kitchen is also fully equipped. There is a large wooden tub in the room for bathing, but it is a pity that it is not used in the room because you can go outside to bathe. I heard that you can see Mount Fuji by bathing in the outdoor bath, but I was unlucky and didn't see it. I highly recommend everyone to stay here
I chose this place in Lake Kawaguchiko area as it was more affordable than hotels and it could fit my family of 5. The house could stay up to 7 though the bedrooms were smaller than expected. There is not much space to open luggages in the bedroom if staying at full capacity. There are 2 bathrooms though only one with sink and toilet. Bedrooms are on level 1 while the kitchen and living area were on level 2. Netflix was a plus since there was not much to do in the area at night. Overall a good stay!
The experience in this hotel is perfect!! The rooms are exactly the same with the official photos. We are so surprised when we get into the room. The house owners are very nice. They provided detailed restaurants and shops information about the district by sending us email. Free of charge bike renting service is also supplied.
It is a house of average Japanese family. There are two toilets and one bath room with bath tube. There are three super king size beds in total. Each can fits in two to three people or more. There is also an Tatami room for more bed spaces or luggages.
GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was comfortable, clean, and in a quieter location which we really liked, as it was away from the main town centre, but close to the lake that offers stunning views of Mt Fuji. And, there’s even a good view of Mt Fuji right from the property’s bathtub! The free arrival and departure shuttle (by request upon booking) was so helpful in accessing the property from the main train station. Bikes are provided with the property and there are local shops for purchasing food, plus good restaurants, all within walking distance. The owners respond quickly to questions. The house is equipped with wall-mounted smart controllers for running the hot water system, filling the bathtub etc, for which manuals are provided, but to save time we used Google translate to quickly identify the various control buttons. Also useful for operating appliances and remote controls, etc. Highly recommend this property and area.

SSTReceived the instructions to check in days before our stay, and instructions are super clear.
The house is very clean, and comes with everything we need - stove, washer and other basics. Ground floor is the living hall and bathroom, upstairs there’s one bedroom and outer area where are floor bed are placed.
We went there with average temperature of 4 degrees so the floor were freezing cold and it took a while to activate the heat.
Location wise pretty good, right opposite there’s a 7-11, and down the street 10-15 mins walk there’s the Hikawa Clock Shop, but we don’t see any restaurant nearby maybe because we were there during New Year closure
GGuest UserA relatively satisfactory stay. The hotel is a small villa with Mount Fuji view from every room. The owner is very nice and introduced the usage of various facilities one by one. Free shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station and nearby supermarkets is also provided. The only drawback is that the nearest convenience store is a little far away, about 15 minutes walk, and there is no floor heating on the second floor. The temperature has dropped sharply in the past few days, and it snowed. The room is not particularly warm, but it is not cold either. A set of ordinary pajamas is enough.

KKritsanaratI booked Furaku-Cat. A compact house with nice location, you can see Fujisan from the balcony , there are amenity prepared , you can buy some food from supermarket or ingredient to cook , you can park a car infront of the house, a road to the house is quite small if you have a large type car please be careful when drive to the house.
*The kitchen and rest room in the second floor, if you have elderly that can’t climb up-down the stairs there might be hard when they want to go to toilet.

ZZhangyahuiThe living environment is very clean and the location is very good!
The photos of the room are exactly the same as those provided on the website, so there will be no disappointment
It's a pity that the room was too late to take pictures when I remembered that day
It is very close to large supermarkets and tourist attractions, and I would like to stay again when I visit next time
