To be honest, in the photos it doesn’t look as nice as the cheaper rooms, so I was a bit hesitant. However, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The room is much more comfortable and pleasant than it appears in the pictures.
The bed is a bit smaller than in the cheaper rooms, but it’s actually more comfortable. The space itself is very large. Also, the beautiful aesthetic of this hotel — which often doesn’t fully come through in the photos — is really noticeable when you are actually sitting in the living room area.
Overall, a very pleasant surprise
Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp.
The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed.
The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main city center Golden Museum, it is a hotel-style apartment, the kitchen in the room, the refrigerator is all there, and it is very new. For me, the only drawback is that the toilet bathroom is too small.
The place is a grey, dull matchbox. Security staff were unkind or plainly rude. Breakfast options were very limited, as were the portions. Would not recommend.
We are Pablo and Patricia. We have a beautiful and rustic apartment equipped with everything you need in the historic district, La Candelaria. XiaXue has a strategic location within a walking distance from the main tourist attractions downtown.
Enjoy a glass of wine by our fireplace, take wonderful pictures from our 360view rooftop.
Our passion is traveling around the world and our experiences have inspired us to share our lovely, romantic and cozy place, so you can feel at home in Bogotá.
Xia Xue is a rustic and warm space in La Candelaria. We are located approximatelymts from the most important landmarks in Bogotá. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining room and living room with a sofa-bed. This apartment, unlikely to most places in La Candelaria is quite warm. Bedding is heavy to avoid the use of heaters.

La Candelaria is Bogota's heart, full of colonial landmarks and narrow streets where you can find local art, handcrafts, unique bars, and restaurants.
La Candelaria is home to Bolivar Square, Gold Museum, Museo Botero, Museo de Bogotá, Teatro Colón, Monserrate, Planetario de Bogotá, Chorro de Quevedo and more places to sightsee. Luckily, we are at a short walking distance from these places.
It is also one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in town; its buildings have witnessed the history and changes of the city. Bike tours are a must and you will be able to admire our street art. La Candelaria is considered an outdoor museum and you can't miss it!

El hotel fue muy acogedor, queda cerca del movistar arena y la embajada norteamericana. El personal de servicio muy especial y atento recomiendo mucho este lugar. Volvería nuevamente.

DDavidA very nice short-term apartment stay in a wonderful neighborhood of Bogota, with lots of amazing restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And if you like nightlife, there is much nearby in Chapinero. The kitchen comes with all the dishes and appliances you need if you wish to cook your own meals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with great city views. The bathroom however was very small and cramped, there was a leak in the sink, and the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor if you take long showers. The accomodation and service are a bit expensive for what you get, compared to some others in the area.

LLewisOwner was very helpful in organising late checkin for us. I was originally a but unsure of the area but it turned out okay, just a bit of noise from the street at night, however very close to the airport cost about 20,000 in an Uber. Room was clean and had everything!
GGuest UserGreat location near Plaza Bolivar where most attractions are located. It’s around the corner from Gold and Emerald Museum. It’s a mixed use facility for residents and hotel.
Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
HHealth Joy MedicalThe hotel is in their safe zone. There is a small park next to it, which is very safe at night. There is a McDonald's and a seafood restaurant (a little expensive) in the hotel. The hotel room is good, with a good balcony (very convenient for smokers). The only problem is that there is not enough mineral water in the room, only a coffee machine but no kettle. However, there is coffee and water in the lobby. The business area also has a balcony, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also rich... So far, it is the best NH hotel I have stayed in Bogota, comparable to a 5-star hotel... It is also convenient to take Uber wherever I go. I will choose this hotel next time

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a very good area of Bogota, the service staff is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk staff or the cleaning is very professional and friendly, the room is very large and practical.
