With a stay at Appart'hôtel Viveo - Par Aneyro in Québec City (La Cité-Limoilou), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Quebec City Convention Center and Saint Lawrence River. This apartment is 2.7 mi (4.3 km) from Château Frontenac and 6.5 mi (10.5 km) from Montmorency Falls. Guests will find features like a virtual front desk. Make yourself at home in one of the 20 guestrooms, featuring kitchens with refrigerators and ovens. 40-inch Smart televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include microwaves and coffee/tea makers.

"The location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather."

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

The room was very clean and spacious which accommodated our group perfectly. The only complaint I have is about the parking. You need to park your car on the street for a little while, while they get your parking sorted for you. When you get down to the parking garage you loose service so any questions you have won’t be delivered, and the elevator you take down to the parking garage isn’t the same one you take back up. You need to walk through the parking garage to another elevator to another building, go up to their main floor then exit that building, walk back to your hotel building and then take another elevator. Why can you take the elevator down but not back up? Anyways I would stay again but thought this information would be useful for others so they don’t end up as confused as I was!

The good points of this hotel is, The apartment is fairly clean and spacious, the location is central to cafes and to the beautiful canal which takes you to Atwater markets in a 25 min walk. It’s also safe and new area. It’s also 1.5km from the central train station. It has a washer, dryer & full kitchen so good for families. Bad points is the apartment is quite noisy as it’s close to an intersection, there is one air conditioner in the living room, none in the bedrooms so bedrooms are quite warm & stuffy in Summer. It is marketed as a “hotel” however other than the reception it is actually the same as an Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights but was told there won’t be cleaning done during my stay. They also do not replenish coffee & water. So if you’re looking for an Airbnb type accommodation this is good.

The room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.

Me and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me. The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well. Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊

All self served, easy access, free car park, but room is noisy cos it’s only 2nd floor, felt like next to the road, lots of bus/car and wind noise, no facilities but easy reach to mall nearby, location is good only if you are arrived by car, very smelly oily cooking smell flooded in room, I believe from the ventilation system from downstairs or flats cooking in the same building, very bad smell and choking and makes us hard to sleep. Few towel with stains and bedsheet felt like unchanged. Other than the above, it’s spacious but a little bit over priced.
