Holiday Apartments in Quebec Province, Canada

Had quite a hard time with this booking. 1. They had issues with digital key at check in (had to wait for about 40 minutes in front of the door, before someone come and help with a manual card) the issue was fixed after check in time. 2. Pre arrival I asked for my birthday decorations there was none (this may not be available and that is okay) , I asked for a higher level and not facing other apartments for personal reasons, they put me in the lowest level (???) facing apartment , I just feel like they don’t care about requests and did not even try to accommodate clients. 3. They said parking available, however you have to pay (it’s not mentioned) but everytime I would ask they would say it is full. There should be a parking spot reserved for clients since I booked this location especially because parking was listed as “available” 4. The washer machine stopped working as I was trying to wash the bedsheets, it stayed stuck during the whole trip as no technician was available. Thankfully, staff brought a set of new bedsheets In overall it was not a bad experience at Werfy in terms of the space itself, but kind of frustrating with everything happening around!

Overall, the stay was clean, quiet, and well-located near restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable, and the room had great amenities like a washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge. (Note: The cups had a lingering coffee smell, so I didn't use them.) The price is reasonable as well. A few areas need improvement: Bathroom & Facilities: Shampoo and body wash were only sample-sized. The shower was small with weak water pressure, and the 2nd-floor spa was just a small hot-tub-style pool, which was disappointing. Communication: Host communication was unresponsive. I extended my stay for a second night a few days before and messaged to keep the same room, but got no reply. With no front desk available, we had to check out in the morning and check in to a different room at night.

It wasn't a comfortable stay for me for a 5-night stay. I drove so I had to pay $25+tax per night, but management of car park was lousy. They assigned me a car park the 1st night, and the car park was occupied by another car on the 2nd night when I returned to the apartment. I asked the staff on duty & he admitted he had parked his car, and TOLD me to park next to his car instead. On the following morning, I got a piece of warning notice! Of course I clarified with another staff on duty, & obviously she had no idea what happened and could only apologized. On the 3rd night at almost 1am, the staff who PARKED HIS car knocked on my door, & requested to come into my apartment, because another guest was complaining on the noise made by air ventilator. 1AM in the morning!!! Totally ridiculous!! I insisted that wasn't reasonable & asked him to leave. I had a sleepless night & felt so unsecure for the rest of my stay! This was my worst stay over my travels for past 30 years!!! I don't think I'll go to Montreal in future.

The location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather.

The room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

Booked this room for me and my friends during our weekend trip over to quebec city and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness, interior design, and spaciousness of this room. It was way bigger than I expected and even had a TV with netflix and other entertainment. The room was beyond spotless, way better than other airbnbs or hotels out there, even the stainless steel on the sink was so shiny! It was about a 20minute walk away from old quebec which was perfect for us to walk and see the views! Really enjoyed my stay and would reccommend this hotel :D Check-in and check-out was so simple as well and could be done online, great job to the management! Only downside would be that there isnt a lift, but not a problem for me and my group!

We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

It is a very good hotel, very close to the train station, the old city attractions can be visited on foot, the next day at 5:30 train, so I chose a room with no breakfast with kitchen, its kitchen utensils are complete, with various electrical appliances, very clean, comfortable to live, the price is reasonable, if you stay at night, You have to contact before check-in, otherwise you don't have a password and a specific room number to enter the shop. This is a hotel with no front desk service and a locked door. The first time you stay in such a hotel, you have no experience. You can try it!

Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.

Me and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me. The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well. Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊
