I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

The hotel is located in the new Batumi, in a building area, with a developed infrastructure, very noisy atmosphere, close to the city beach. Silence and calm is not available either day or night. Life on the resepschen boils also day and night. A great spa along the embankment, chic views, closeness to the airport and the airport. The room is spacious, everything is necessary, in 4 days the cleaning has not been carried out at all, but based on the staff and number of residents, there are no claims! ) There were some nuances with the settlement as there are many corpses, but in general, the hotel recommends for comfortable accommodation.

Great value for money. The sea view is truly fantastic. Location is great. A bit difficult for car parking. The room is nice but basic and minimalistic. Very convenient online check-in, the key was waiting for us in the locker next to the room door when we arrived. At night can be a bit loud, every noise in the corridor can be heard through the zero-soundproof door, and also all the noise in the nearby rooms and balconies. Otherwise, highly recommend for a couple of nights stay, for longer stays I would opt for something more premium (at least with daily cleaning and soundproof).

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Overall, the apartment was decent for a one-week stay. The pros: great location near the sea, being on a floor above 20 with sea views was spectacular. It had two rooms, which was convenient, and we could cook our own meals (there was a stove and all necessary cooking utensils). Shops were nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the towels, bed, pillows, and mattress were all good. The apartments themselves are still quite new. Now for the cons: terrible soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin (you can hear snoring or conversations from next door). The Wi-Fi was bad, constantly freezing or slow, and the TV used internet-based channels. There was no housekeeping; they changed towels once in a week but never even cleaned the toilet, etc. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell, it was a nightmare. There are only three elevators, so there can be significant queues in the evenings. All in all, for the price we paid, it was tolerable, but we're unlikely to return here (to this specific hotel).

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

I had an upgraded room with a sea view, and the view was truly stunning! The room was clean, and had everything: a kettle, fridge, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo. Wi-Fi was also available. The location is definitely superb as well; everything is within easy reach – the beach, the promenade, the Mall, all within walking distance. I was extremely satisfied with the room, but Orbi's service leaves much to be desired. They don't change towels even if you ask them to. And I guess everyone already knows about the queues at reception and for the elevators – it's really true!)))

The apartment is good, having a kitchen and a washing machine is very convenient. In one of our two rooms, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which disappeared after showering. It seemed to be coming from the sewage when the water dried up. We stayed on the 37th floor, and the view from the balcony was very beautiful, especially at night.

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
