Holiday Apartments in Adjara, Georgia

Location - amazing place. We could see a sea and beautiful view on the city. We had some trouble with check-in, it was delayed more than 1 hours. Also we had unfinished cleaning - dirty towels, garbage in the bucket. But in general it was OK. All our troubles was resolved by room service. We had all necessities in our room - dishes, table, wi-fi and air conditioner with heating function.

The room lacks a microwave and toaster. There's only a mirror in the bathroom. There's no space for long clothes, such as coats or dresses. There's no coat rack in the hallway, only in the room. There are no bedside lamps, only overhead lighting.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

We stayed for 6 days in July. I want to express my immense gratitude for our stay. Pros: - Freshly renovated - New furniture - New crockery available, except for salad/soup bowls - The bathroom is newly renovated with good plumbing and a drying rack. - All toiletries are provided, except for hair conditioner. There's even one razor. By the way, the toiletries are of good quality. The shampoo washes hair well, and the body lotion is decent. - They allowed us a free late check-out at 2 PM instead of 12 PM. Thanks! 😁 - We never had to wait long for the elevator. It does pick up people on the way, so the ride isn't just 5 seconds, but it's not a big deal! - The staff cleaned once in 6 days, and I remember we could have asked for more. The ladies themselves asked if we needed cleaning. Very responsive. - In the closet, there's a sewing kit, a shoehorn, and a shoe sponge. - The bed is moderately firm. - Wi-Fi is available in the room (sometimes it disconnects) and at the reception. - Spacious balcony. We had a gorgeous view. - The location was excellent for us. - A water cooler in the hallway is a plus! 💙 Cons: - No sponges for washing dishes. - No salt and pepper. This isn't a hotel minus, just something to keep in mind. - No microwave or toaster. I don't consider this a major drawback either. More for your information. - The staff is often busy, making it hard to ask questions. There are often queues at reception. - No cable TV. If you have a YouTube or Netflix account, you can use it. Otherwise, it's useless. But I don't consider this a disadvantage either. Conclusion: We didn't find any significant drawbacks.

The hotel itself offers beautiful views from its 50-story high-rise, and there are several similar hotels within the building. The room was clean and nice. Outside the hotel, I'd add a few points: 1. Parking is a problem. There's no free parking anywhere nearby. I can't imagine where people park during peak season if there are no spots along the road even in May. Paid parking costs 30-40 GEL per day. 2. On the corner, there are about 10-15 prostitutes who head into this hotel in the evenings. Seeing this was a bit off-putting and made the area feel a bit seedy. There's also a casino and a nightclub nearby. Overall, though, none of this really interfered with relaxing in the room. 3. There's ongoing construction, so it can get noisy during the day. I would return to the hotel, as it's a great option considering the price-quality ratio.

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Отдыхали в отеле с 11.04 по 14.04.2026г, пара. От аэропорта отель в 10-15 мин езды на такси (стоимость такси 7 лари~210₽), можно вызвать Яндекс такси. В отеле администраторы знают русский язык. Всё подобно объяснили, выдали два ключа, проводили до номера. Номер по площади большой. Как полноценная однокомнатная квартира. Много мест для хранения. Наш номер был с балконом и видом на море. Балкон угловой, но море было видно. Этаж у нас был 21. Лифтов много, ждать не приходится. Лифты поднимаются быстро, незаметно. В ванной нагреватель для воды. Проблем с горячей водой не было. Для двоих недостатка в воде не было. В ванной электрический полотенцесушитель, это супер (в ванной не было холодно, так же никакой сырости). Одной ночью было прохладная погода, включали кондиционер на тепло. И в номере было супер. Есть холодильник, сейф. Помимо большой, хорошей двуспальной кровати, если ещё кресло, которое раскладывается (если кому то это нужно). Есть телевизор, много каналов, качество хорошее. Берите обязательно номер с питанием! Вообще не пожалеете. У гостиницы есть ресторан. С утра вы поднимаетесь за завтрак, вам дают 6 видов меню на выбор. Меню полноценное, подача ресторанная! Оооочень вкусно. Я брала завтрак №3: круассан со шпинатом, скрембл, овощной салат, запеканка. Кофе, апельсиновый сок, чай, молоко безлимитно. Вообще ресторан отличный. Готовят вкусно. Но он не бюджетный. Хинкали ~2 лари за шт, заказывать можно от 5шт. Хачапури на шампуре 20 лари. Шашлык из свинины ~40 лари за 390гр (но нам положили много кусков с костями! Было неприятно). Обычно средний чек за ужин у нас выходил ~80 лари без алкоголя. Гостям отеля дают 10% скидку на меню в ресторане. Мы брали на вынос (там тоже скидка 10%) и ели всё в номере. Потому что покупали себе в номер вино (в ресторане вино х2). Ну и в номере сразу после душа можно поужинать и улечься на кровать. Море от отеля в 5 минутах ходьбы. Набережная широкая, длинная, чистая. Будьте готовы к тому, что в Батуми очень много бездомных собак, но они все добрые. Практически всегда мы передвигались только на такси, вызвали Яндекс, хотя город совершенно небольшой, всё находится очень близко. Рядом с отелем очень много обменников валюты. В бОльшей степени во всех обменниках один курс. Возле отеля есть супермаркет Spar, чуть подальше есть ещё много магазинов. Также через дорогу есть большой торговый центр. В отеле тихо. Нет буйных, шумных посетителей. Хочу отметить работу персонала. Это прекрасные люди. Спасибо им! Очень вежливые. Особенно хочу отметить администратора (молодой парень, я к сожалению не запомнила его имя). Он помог нам с покупкой билетов в Тбилиси. Мы не могли оплатить билеты своей картой, он нас выручил и оплатил своей картой. Это просто супер, низкий ему поклон. В номере убираются каждый день, но мы вещали табличку, чтобы не убирались, потому что и так чисто. Мы всего на 3 дня. Полотенца чистые, пушистые. Постельное белье чистое. На кровати для человека 2 подушки. Подушки хорошие. Матрас средней жесткости, как я люблю. Пружины не ощущаются. На улице вы можете встретить мужчин-попрошаек (грузины). Они вроде сначала разговаривают с тобой вежливо «гамарджоба», спрашивают откуда приехали и тд, навязывают разговор, а потом просят денег. Любые купюры их устраивают. Не знаю, пристают ли они так к девушкам, но моего мужа часто ловили. Прям протягивают руку, чтобы поздороваться, и начинается у них. Мы всегда говорили, что только приехали, деньги на карте и не успели обменять. Также аккуратнее с грузинами, которые экскурсии продают. Проходишь мимо них, они чуть ли не приказным тоном говорят тебе, что ты должен поехать с ним на экскурсию. Просто улыбайтесь и делайте вид, что ничего не понимаете и что вообще только приехали и пока никуда не собираетесь, не планировали и тд. Итог: отель однозначно рекомендую бронировать. Персонал супер, завтраки отлично, всё чистое, свежее, прекрасное, вид хороший. Ни разу не пожалеете. Не думайте, бронируйте это место!

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

Pros: I'd give the hotel a solid five stars for its views and location. The view from the window was truly stunning, and the location was perfect – everything was within walking distance. A special thanks for the free luggage storage, which was a huge help on check-out day. Cons: We booked four rooms for a group of friends. Unfortunately, we were spread across different floors, and the rooms turned out to be of completely different categories (even though we paid the same price for all). When my friends came to my room, they compared the conditions and were quite disappointed. I wish they would inform guests about the differences in rooms or try to place groups closer together when booking. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.
