Holiday Apartments in Adjara, Georgia

I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

From all heart I recommend the apartment :) contact with the owner of the instant :) clean, smelly and wonderful view :) everywhere close :) nothing to add to the phrase:) RECOMMENDED

Hotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. Here I would like to thank Trip.com , the overseas hotel department customer service staff of Trip.com have called the hotel many times during the handling of the matter and given us a lot of help.

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Отличный отель! Забронировали за 15 минут до заселения — всё быстро и удобно. Завтраки вкусные, шесть вариантов на выбор, есть и основное блюдо, и десерт. Единственный нюанс — вечером сложно найти место для парковки. Отдельное спасибо Розе и Лике за доброжелательность и помощь!

Добрый день! Впечатления о пребывании только хорошие. Зарегистрировали быстро. Апартаменты- отличные: все, что нужно для проживания есть: хорошая кровать, утюг, кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, фен. Вид из окна на море , город и немного видны горы . Хозяйка на связи . Но я ее не беспокоила . Все было нормально. Была не в сезон ( конец апреля - начало мая ) - лифты ходили отлично. Ждала не долго . Отличная локация . Все рядом: море , город, рестораны , набережная . Есть круглосуточный магазин в отеле , если что -то срочное . Рекомендую эту студию .

Спасибо людям, которые писали в отзывах, как найти отель. Без них мы наверное никогда его не нашли. Это огромное здание, в котором находится казино. Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно обойти его и со стороны двора войти в дверь, где написано Reception B, и на лифте подняться на 33 этаж. В целом вариант неплохой. Мы брали номер Junior. Диван не раскладывается, для второго ребенка нам поставили дополнительную раскладушку. Есть маленький балкончик. Но вид не такой шикарный как на фото, потому что кругом стройка. Задние стоит торцом к морю, из номеров море видно, но между другими зданиями. Мы жили 5 дней. Номер убирали каждый день, полотенца поменяли на 4ый день. Постель нам каждый день заправляли, но вроде не меняли. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор очень маленький. Само кафе тоже маленькое, но уютное, там же на 33 этаже. Персонал все молоденькие девочки, по-русски почти никто не говорит, общались на английском. Депозит с нас не брали. Обратный вылет у нас был поздно вечером, мы попросили оставить сумки до вечера, оставили без проблем, но камеры хранения у них нет, просто на ресепшене стояли. Очередей в лифт не было (как в соседних заданиях orbi).

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
