It was nice and clean. Easy to find. A little bit far from the main city attractions however the bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The station is like 8 minutes walk.

Very professional and helpful staff, I love this place Very much ! But please don't charge 2 Euro for store the luggage....... Rest is superb..... A receptionist ( Thin & curly hairs ) Very kind & Smart ... overall, you all people are really good in their job. Stay blessed ❤️

I still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice. However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training. There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast. When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything. Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.

There should be lockers for each person. There is a cabinet but not a locker that you can safely lock with a key. There are blankets that you use to cover up your own space so you feel some kind of a private area. It's a good idea. Some free daily snacks and drinks would be really good. Other than that, it has a nice location to stay. Close to metro and train station in Lambrate. Cleaning service was good. They informed when to check out etc. Also whenever I asked for a place or anything else. Good guys for some talking as well if they are not busy. I had good talks with other people who booked as well. It has a nice garden. Kitchen/Cafeteria is good. Many chairs & desks to sit where you can charge your phone or laptop. Microwave and water heater available too. I enjoyed my time there. Price performance is nice if you are a solo traveler and have a flyer deal.

A fantastic hostel! They offer 24-hour check-in service, and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff warmly welcomed me, showed me around the facilities, and even offered me a welcome drink! The next day, I could store my luggage for free, and the staff kindly made me an espresso to start my morning. At noon, I had a small issue—my sandwich in the shared fridge was accidentally taken by someone. I tell this to the front desk, and coincidentally, the owner was there. She was incredibly thoughtful and even offered to have the kitchen make me a toast! Amazing customer service and problem-solving mindset! Next time I visit Milan, I’ll stay at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo again.

The place is clean and tidy. The people there are friendly. The reception closed at 7.30 pm. So not sure if customer arrives after that time. Need a bit of walking to the location and the pavement is not even. So it is difficulty if roller is used. Generally good experience.

Was an excellent experience with everything you need. Even when you go to the pool you receive a special Towel. The bonus was the cart taking you back and forth to the train station. Highly recommend

It's a great experience, a personal experience of an old house in Milan, spacious and tall. Worth a visit. There is just no hot water for taking a bath, but Chinese family members who like to drink hot water can go to the kitchen to boil water themselves.

Great! Clean, comfortable, in the center. Early in the morning it was necessary to go to the airport, so buses started to go there from 4am and the stop was literally 100m from the hotel.

The hostel felt safe and clean! They've got plenty of activities that I unfortunately didn't get a chance to participate in as I was only in Milan for 2 days. They also gave a complimentary drink ticket to use at the bar. It is about a half an hour walk from the city center, but the area felt quite safe. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, making it very accessible.
