It was really great. Everything was fully equipped. But why do you advertise it as if there is nothing there? I had no choice but to book this place because there were no other rooms available, but everything was there, so I had a good rest. The host is kind and responds quickly. Thank you.
The two beds were perfect for my friend and me. Having a convenience store nearby was super handy for grabbing snacks or anything we needed in a pinch. We walked to downtown in about 20 minutes, or you could easily take the bus too. My only minor complaint was hearing footsteps and conversations from the upstairs neighbors. But it wasn't too bad, so it was fine. Being on the first floor, it got a little warm at night when we closed all the windows. Other than that, everything was great!

I don't typically stay in hostels, but this was a great find! Very clean property, quiet, and peaceful. It is about a 30min drive to the downtown area and no shops within walking distance so you'll need to drive or get an Uber.
Other, great room (I stayed in the cozy room), very cleab, bed is big and comfortable. Free towels and bath amenities. The kitchen has a decent amount of cookware. There is a living room and a room with a fireplace so lots of space to lounge around.
Staff are also kind and quick to respond, just give them a text or call. Good pricing and easy check-in process. Will definitely book again!

#positive #I was happy with the Value for Money, Convenience of Transport, Hotel Smell, Nearby Restaurants, Bed Comfort Level, Location; #GoodPraise# I am satisfied with the cost-effectiveness, transportation convenience, hotel smell, proximity to restaurants, bedding comfort, and location.
Very clean room with comfortable king bed with a rustic wood bed frame, fireplace and jacuzzi tub, bathroom had newer shower/tub with good water pressure, sink area could use an update. No A/C but room was cool enough with overhead fan and open window at night; room had 2 additional fans that we did not need to use. Nicely decorated with lots of lamps. Coffee and tea service in room (with actual tea cups/teapot and tea cookies!), as well as microwave and bar fridge. Location convenient for walking anywhere in town, ample parking right in front of lodge and also available across the street at Kilmorey Lodge. No restaurant onsite but close to many dining options, 10% off coupon for breakfast at Kilmorey Lodge, but breakfast was underwhelming. Exterior could use updating, deck area and steps in rough shape, fortunately our room was cozy and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home.
We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.
JJoseph Eduard Larano IIIWe had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff.
The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals.
The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes.
What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort.
I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a suite. There was a microwave and some dishes in the room. The toilet and bathroom were also quite large. The scenery outside the room was beautiful. It was surrounded by woods and very quiet. Snow-capped mountains could be seen in the distance. There was also a balcony where we could sit and drink and chat. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights on the day we stayed there.

MMW126Rocky Mountain BNB was an amazing place to stay during our trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Dennis was very friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. He is also an excellent cook — the breakfast and coffee were both outstanding! We truly enjoyed chatting together like friends, which made our stay feel warm and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming getaway.

GGuest UserThis place is truly pleasant and easily ranks among the top 3 accommodations in this price range! Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided a common area, like a living room, and a space to store luggage, which allowed me to comfortably spend extra time exploring downtown. The place was exceptionally clean, and almost all essential amenities were provided, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!
GGuest UserIt is in the best location and very good value for money, and the pool onspool is very good. There is also Starbucks and fusion food, which is convenient.
