宮崎駅から徒歩15分の場所にある大きい一軒家です。 夜の23時から朝の7時までは施錠されて出入りができなくなるそうです。 チェックアウトは朝9時でした。 ちょうど他の方がどなたも宿泊されていない日で、ゆったりお手洗やお風呂を使うことができました。 歯ブラシとフェイスタオルとバスタオルが用意されていて、夜休むには充分だと思います。 建物とお部屋の鍵を預かることができれば、より安心だと感じました。

所謂ホテルではなくマンションの一部屋を賃貸用にする形態である。 また、宿泊先に受付デスク無しな完全無人。予約、チェックイン、チェックアウトなど全てオンラインで終結させるタイプだ。要は、ホテル滞在する感覚じゃなく、誰かの部屋に泊めて貰う感覚に類似する。 良い店 　キッチン、電子レンジ、食器、洗濯機、掃除付き、値段安価、駐車場が一室に付く(離れた場所に位置) 、トイレと浴室が区分されてる 欠点 　オンラインが苦手な方ならチェックインなど難度高いだろう    部屋のレイアウトなど使い難い 　老朽化なマンションと部屋は否めない 　バスタオルが消耗よりで清潔感無い 以上、私見を記載する。

青島まで歩いてすぐだったので良かったです。 駐車場は前に1台分しかないので 裏の大きい通りに青島の24時間の駐車場があったのでそこに停めました。（1日500円） そこから歩いてすぐだったので良かったです。 歩いて近くに青島ホステル　神話の湯という温泉があり すべすべの湯質で温まれました。（大人700円） 部屋は壁が薄いので周りの部屋のドアの開け閉めの音がよく聞こえました。 部屋も隅の方は髪の毛とか落ちていました。 布団もすごく清潔とは言い兼ねますが、 新しくて綺麗なシーツ、枕カバー、バスタオルがあったので大丈夫でした。 冷蔵庫とか何も無いので 寝るだけなら全然問題なく過ごせます。 ありがとうございました。

プライベートサウナがある宿を探していて、こちらに宿泊しました。 姪っ子の入学祝いも兼ねて利用しましたが、大正解でした！ BBQセットを追加しましたが、慣れていないので「使った後の炭はどうしたらいいんだろう？」と少し不安でした。でも、後片付けや掃除をしなくてもそのまま帰れるので、とても助かりました。 サウナに入って、水風呂でクールダウンし、外の椅子でのんびり休憩…これを何度も繰り返して最高の時間を過ごせました。 夜は1時間ほど星空を眺めていました。とてもきれいで感動しました。夏でも夜は半袖だと少し寒いくらい。 タオルもたくさん用意されていて、サウナ用やシャワー後など気兼ねなく使えたのも嬉しかったです。さらに、トングやラップまで用意されていて、細かな気配りを感じました。 とても楽しい思い出になりました。またぜひ利用したいです。
