The shared kitchen is a big advantage for families and adds to the overall travel experience. The self-service check-in is convenient, and detailed guidance on how to find the house was provided in advance. A small grocery store can be found within a 10-minute walk. I came across some negative comments about the hostel after booking and felt a bit worried. However, it turned out to be a nice place to stay — it's not a 5-star hotel, after all. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the passcode can be found on a noticeboard.

Well equipped room if you’re looking to be self catering. The welcome was anything but friendly - we sincerely wondered what it was we’d said or not said. Arrived at the wrong moment obviously. The evening meal was nothing to ring home about. Really was the only sad example of fast food - low class mutton dressed up as lamb - in the whole two weeks we spent in Wales, England and Scotland. Definitely would never eat there again. Lack of hospitality practice. Sad really because the site itself is gorgeous.

Brand new facility close to the old Inn. The kitchen is splendidly equipped with enough appliances and beverages. The ambiance is great and plenty of seating arrangements. Overall worthwhile for quiet classy stay. Value for money.

I had a great stay at BCC Loch Ness Hostel. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area close to Loch Ness. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The rooms and shared facilities, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were well maintained and clean. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Highlands. I would happily stay here again.

Nice place to spend time with friends or family, you will relax and enjoy the slow times in mountains.

A happy home away from home. The ambience, the courtesy and the warmth from the staff is superb. They had solutions to all my needs. Electrical connections at the beds need an urgent attention. Thanks for everything, you guys rock.

The room is very clean, the double room with bathroom, except for no TV, no hair dryer, the other is the typical youth travel and express hotel configuration, the public kitchen is very convenient for cooking, parking is convenient.

The check-in experience this time was very poor. The hotel is a bit far away from William Paul, and it is relatively hidden. There was no waiter when I arrived at the hotel. I knocked on the door for a long time and no one answered. I saw the sign on the wall, and I had to go to another castle hotel 8 minutes away group. When I took a shower in the bathroom after check-in, the light on the roof suddenly fell off, accompanied by the falling of the stone, which hurt my hand for 3 days! There is no waiter in the hotel, so I called us to deal with it in the morning of the second day.

This lil accommodation is such a gems. The location is quite and peacefully. Basic amenities but we don’t have problem at all. Spacious and lovely room. The bonus is free breakfast. We would love to come back again next time!

The hotel is small and there are not many rooms. It is a bit like a homestay. It is like living in a British country house. The room is not big. It is good to have some. The house does not have an elevator. Luggage has to be moved up. In the previous comment, there was no hot water. Maybe the hotel was remodeled. Now the hot water is very abundant and the water pressure is very high. Dinner is a problem. The location of the hotel restaurant is rarely not booked and the order is stopped at 8:45. I saw that there is a Chinese restaurant nearby. It is actually a Chinese takeaway store. It is not far from walking. The boss and his wife are all Chinese. The dishes are very good. We solved the dinner through the table of their store. It's so fun to meet your fellow citizens in another country!
