This is one of many squares where you can sit and just watch the world go by. When we visited there were lovely flower decoations hanging around not only this square but also in nearby streets.
No longer accessible by car. Plenty of bars and restaurants near the square. The outlets are priced for tourists and cruise visitors. Better value to be had by venturing further from the piazza civics...
