My friend and me took a snorkelling tour here when we were in Krabi last week, in the hopes of visiting islands that were more off the regular tourist grid. We were not disappointed as the dive boat brought us to spots which were exclusive compared to the beaches of tourists we sailed past. The dive boat was spacious and well equipped with useful amenities like sturdy roped climbing bars, toilet, etc. Fruits and isotonic drinks were also prepared for us, which was a nice touch. Loved the top deck where there are a couple of comfy sunbeds to relax in between journeys. After a safety briefing, we were approached by Swantay? who introduced himself as our guide. I privately call him Swamp Thing (which is a misnomer as he’s a good looking Swede), because I couldn’t hear his intro above the roaring of the engines. Despite having gone on many snorkeling trips in the past, this is the first time I have a private guide with us! He brought out laminated pictures of the islands to show us where we’re going and the sealife we might encounter there, which was very professional indeed. The group of instructors as well as divers on the boat were very funny and chatty. We enjoyed their banter even though we didn’t join in the fun. Lunch was not delicious, but it wasn’t too bad. We did three islands in total. After the first island, I realised my breathing tube was a little faulty and requested to change it. Swamp Thing obliged without any fuss. The replaced tube served me well for the rest of the trip.Underwater visibility was not great during this trip but that couldn’t be helped. However, because of Swamp Thing, we were able to ask questions and learn stuff like snorkel techniques and Jellyfish threats. Overall, I had a great experience and might consider taking my Open-water certification here in future.

I snorkeled with these guys near Phi Phi Island. The organization was great and the equipment was great. Lunch was delicious, everything was explained in detail and the guide was assigned in time. Unfortunately, the first stop at phi phi don showed that the area was severely affected by humans, it was a coral wasteland. There were lots of fish, though. The second stop had corals and fish. Please use sunscreen that doesn't harm corals to avoid increasing coral deaths. My wife and I knew we had to go to Thailand for our honeymoon. It was directly opposite the resort we stayed in Krabi (Krabi Resort), with very friendly and professional staff. The price is competitive and very well organized compared to many other shops on the main road. The whole trip is well organised and secure. Our trip is divided into three sections, including an hour of sightseeing on Phi Phi Island. Our guide spent the entire day trying to ensure our safety and happiness. We had an educational day at the bottom of the sea. My diving guide Matilda was excellent. Obviously, diving is not just her job, it is her passion. I recommend this to anyone who comes to Krabi and has a free day, and I recommend that you spend time booking (and participating) in this trip.
