The tetrapot on your right toward the sea removes the feeling of the beach a little, but the distance to the offshore is short, so you can easily enjoy the drop-off. It is a little-known spot on the east coast. There is a slightly old but big sign on the prefectural road that says "Shin Xie Fishing Port", so you won't make a mistake. Along this sign, go down the slope to reach the fishing port. There is a beach on both sides of it, nothing but a toilet.

I went to June 2017. I've been to Miyakojima several times, so I went to this beach aiming for a place I've never been to before. It is beautiful on a natural beach near the Shinsai fishing port, but there was no feature like this, and there was no one.
