The Cathedral of the Ascension of the Virgin is located in the Kremlin. To the north of the church square, one side of the cathedral is the Bell Tower of the Emperor Ivan and the Tsarist Cannon, and the other side is the cathedral where the Virgin's vestment is stored. The church has five golden roofs, which are very conspicuous. The inner part of the church is the coffin of the Orthodox shepherd's head.
One of the Kremlin churches has five golden domes. The Notre Dame Cathedral of the Kremlin is Russia's most important cathedral, the mausoleum of Moscow's bishops and pastoralists. The coronation ceremony of Russian rulers is held here, where many important events in Russian history took place. There are seats for the Czars and Queens to pray, precious murals and sacred utensils. Photographs are not allowed in the church, but there are Chinese explanatory notes.
Located in the north of the Cathedral Square, the five golden domes stand out from a distance. The white exterior wall is slightly low-key. It is different from the luxury of St. Vasili Cathedral. The interior decorative frescoes of the Cathedral are very beautiful.
The Cathedral of the Ascension of the Virgin Mary, located on the north side of the Cathedral Square in the Kremlin Palace, is an Orthodox church. From 1547 to 1896, the coronation ceremonies of successive Russian monarchs were solemnly held here. Tickets for internal visits have been included in the Kremlin's 500 roubles/person tickets. When we visited the interior of the church, we happened to meet a Chinese tour group, so we listened to the guide's explanation and spent about 25 minutes on the tour.
