Victorian home
The home is closed to tours because of COVID. It is on the road to Cape Blanco Lighthouse. We got out and snooped around. It is a beautiful spot. Hard to believe people lived there in 1898. Talk...
Nice historical house
While exploring the area we stopped by to look at house and read about its history. It’s amazing such a lovely house was constructed years and years ago with nothing around for miles.
Limited hours, but take a peek!
Closed the day we came by, but fun to wander the grounds and read the signs. A little imagination, and it comes alive :)
Victorian House Charmer
Great place to visit, and learn the history of the Sixes Valley. Nice hiking trail, just below the Hughes House.
Well restored home
The home has been restored and is in excellent shape. The volunteers are very proud of the place and love to tell the story of the house and its inhabitants. Well worth the stop.
