Tianjin Stadium (North Gate 2)

Tianjin Gymnasium is a comprehensive and multi-functional large-scale sports facility. It covers an area of 12.23 hectares with a total construction area of over 50,000 square meters. The museum consists of a flying saucer-shaped gymnasium for 10,000 people, an auxiliary hall, a practice hall, a comprehensive service area, a news center, a sports hotel and ancillary facilities. There are more than 9,000 seats in the museum. At the same time, more than 2,000 folding chairs can be temporarily added to the venue. The 6th East Asian Games in 2013 was held in Tianjin Gymnasium. On November 24, 2018, it was selected into the third batch of China's "20th Century Architectural Heritage Projects" list.
