If you're planning a trip to Vieste, in my opinion this day trip is an absolute must. This experience was absolutely epic and felt like an outing with a group of friends (not a tour) An entire day from 10-6pm really was La Dolce Vita. The day was spent exploring and jumping off the boat to swim at stops right down the coast, swimming up to small private beaches, floating in cavernous caves, crawling through holes and swimming through giant rock arches. With plenty of space for everyone on board to sunbath, you could walk around the boat or relax as you take in the sights whilst enjoying the music, chatting with other guests and the hosts. Importantly there are areas that provided shade from the sun. I saw many other tour boats speed pass us during the day and knew I'd made the right decision to book this trip. Peach, lemon tea and water were available to help yourself all day, plus refreshing snacks of fresh watermelon and rock-melon with prosecco were served. Lunch was cooked on the boat and began with bruschetta with oil and tomatoes grown from the families olive farm, peppered mussels followed by pasta, with local white wine. Later coffee and biscuits were the perfect finish to an incredible day on the ocean!Hosts Giuseppe and his family are so incredibly hospitable, and I am so appreciative of this experience and it's the absolute highlight of my visit to Italy, as it was packed with fun, laughter and the joy of sharing their beautiful piece of paradise on the Caicco Norita.
