This is about 1 km from the city center, there is a bus, walking is OK, very close to Victoria Station, Piccadilly Railway Station can take Tram, the hotel is self-service on weekends, this is a bit troublesome, it is best to communicate in advance, the room is very clean, the kitchen utensils are new, The room was the same as the introduction, very satisfied with this hotel.
Very nice apartment, all equipment is new, but the bed sheets are dirty, you can check and ask the staff to change them when you check in. The apartment is hard to find, it is at a small side door of a building, and there are staff waiting when you arrive.

Everything was great, the location was perfect as well. The only thing was that they didn’t have air conditioning, so it was really hot during the heatwave and there were no windows that could be opened. Other than that I had a great stay thank you :)
Room was good but a bit tired. Basically a studio apartment, comfy bed and a very well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. I told the hotel I was working nights and needed to sleep during the day, so they put me in a quiet room at the top at the back which was very nice.

It's within walking distance of Old Trafford, making it a good place to stay on match days. The hotel is a room in an apartment building, so it's spacious, has plenty of electrical outlets, and you can even cook there. The downside is that it can be hard to find.

WWeixin.anzhuodianliIt's a good location, have electric trains to go to everywhere, have a lot of foodhouse, the room is big and clear, the bed is big and soft, but the window is fixed, can't open.a little regret.
PPiaobodepingWe arrived at night. The driver followed the navigation and went around twice but couldn't find the entrance to the building. Later, he asked people and found out that the entrance to the building could not be parked either. He could only park about 100 meters away from the building. He pushed 4 large suitcases and 3 small suitcases across the cobblestone road to the entrance of the building, and had to carry the heavy suitcases up several steps. There was no waiter to help with the luggage. There was only one waiter at the front desk to check in. The room was large and the kitchen was clean, but there was no bottled water, not even a hair dryer and a mouthwash cup, no toothpaste or toothbrush, but disposable slippers. Breakfast is in another building and needs to be booked in advance, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you have to sit down and order. The waiter was indifferent, probably because he was too busy. Downstairs was very lively at night, with several restaurants and people coming and going. If you only stay for one night, it is not recommended, it is too much trouble. Young people or family travel should like it here. (Picture shows the steps and breakfast at the entrance)
GGuest UserGreat stay, reception staff very friendly. Is a £100 deposit to pay on arrival on top of your room price that i wasn’t aware of when booking but wasn’t too much of a problem as it was returned on checkout. Room really spacious, wasn’t the cleanest, food and stains under the sofa cushions, and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch near the window.
Only issue was breakfast, just not enough staff to cater for everyone. Half an hour for a cup of tea, an hour for food. So just be prepared for the wait. Was warned to book a time-slot on arrival which we did but that made no difference. Overall i would stay again, just put the issues down to it being the holidays and obvious staffing issues over this time
JJJGGCCRRHad a short stay in Manchester and needed a place that I could also work from while enjoying the city. The studio room was clean, well furnished and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly, and there was a ”grab and go” breakfast offered which wasn't particularly appealing but better than nothing. Location was good and had plenty to do nearby- bit difficult to get to from the airport, needed an Uber.
SStevenAmazing building converted into a great hotel. The rooms are laid out round a huge open central area. Really very reasonable considering it's the centre of Manchester. Piccadilly station and reasonable parking both just a stones throw away.
AAnonymous UserThe family room is great, with a sofa bed that is very comfortable for traveling with children. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and shower room. There is a mini kitchen with everything you need to cook your own food. Across the street is Chinatown, where there are many Chinese restaurants. It is also close to the train station and has free breakfast (croissants). I will stay here again next time I go to Manchester.
GGuest UserThe location is at the heart of the city centre with many restaurants out of the doors, but noise was included, especially at night time. Free bus is available just 2 minutes away from the property. The facilities were a bit old. Netflix was provided that was wonderful

GGuest UserA great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable. Only issue we had was with the patio doors onto the balcony were not easy to use but we worked it out in the end. Would 100% stay again.
