Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor.

The location of the apartment is more than 20 minutes drive from Dongjiang, there is K11 nearby, not far from Wanda, it is very convenient to eat. The breakfast variety is OK, it would be better if there are pancakes, hahaha. Plan to bring the elderly to live again in summer~ A suggestion: It is recommended that the signs of the restaurant, swimming pool, indoor children's playroom, etc. be obvious. I live in Building 7. The first time I went to Building 6 for breakfast, I walked around the building and didn't find the entrance. ....

According to the location she sent, the ground light can be found quickly at night, and the communication with the staff is also full of enthusiasm. Environment: The room is clean and bright, the bed is very good and comfortable, the bathroom water pressure is enough, which is quite satisfactory. Transportation: It’s very close to the airport by taxi. It’s ten minutes away. It’s easy to take a taxi in the early morning.

On the day of check-in, it was very cold outside. After dinner in the evening, I went back to the room warm to rest, but the room suddenly woke me up. It was too cold. I searched to no avail. It turned out that the air conditioner only had warm cold air... The hot water in the bathroom remained warm for more than 10 minutes. The message told me to adjust the water boiler first. Considering public property and safety issues, I emphasized that I would ask service personnel to come and adjust it. After waiting for 15 minutes, the waiter stepped on the toilet seat and told him that the adjustment was completed and that it would be better to wait for 10 minutes. Probably afraid of delaying our rest, he walked away quickly, leaving his shoe prints on the toilet seat and waiting alone... The bathroom sink leaks like a chronic person. After washing your face and brushing your teeth, there is almost a pool of water, which is still slowly seeping... The room smells of smoke... I tried to close the peephole cover on the door, but it didn't work, and it slid down... I wonder if it is the future and the taste... The overall occupancy situation is completely inconsistent with the order price, disappointing...

Good service attitude and comfortable environment

Let’s say that the location and the view from the room were good, but there is little else recommend the hotel. The window was dirty and completely cracked, the air-conditioning didn’t work at all, but there was a small heater in the side of the room. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board, and there was no microwave in the room, despite being an apartment hotel. There was also no bath, but only a shower with no shower curtain. There was no bedside lamp, only very cheap slippers, although there was a fridge. I did check another, rather dark room, but that had a very small bath with a microwave that didn’t work, and no view. The elevator itself was falling to pieces, as were the walls due to salt damp. I wanted to change the room on the second night, but was told that the rooms were full. Think very carefully if you want to come here!

The apartment is an office building, the indoor facilities are moldy and old, there is no hotel-style front desk, there are few parking spaces downstairs, you can only park on the roadside. There is a small supermarket downstairs with a full range of products.
