Exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right in the Wanda business district, and directly below is the Train Head Pedestrian Street, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The room has a sophisticated Wabi-sabi style, clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. It features full smart voice control, a starry sky ceiling, a giant projection screen, and a separate bathtub, creating an amazing ambiance. The service is attentive, and the disposable amenities are clean and hygienic. The value for money is outstanding—a must-stay when visiting Shijiazhuang!

Booked for two nights, extended for six, so we stayed a total of eight nights and skied for seven days. We originally planned to try a different hotel at another ski resort, but the family room here was so comfortable for our family of three that we just kept extending our stay. The mattress firmness is adjustable, the room has underfloor heating and air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and both a bathtub and shower. There are plenty of hangers and wardrobe space for storing things and drying clothes. Although the fireplace is fake, it creates a wonderful ambiance, and they even provided hand warmers, which was a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast is very rich; the congee is exceptionally well-made, very fragrant and warming. We had to have the Jianbing Guozi, Naipizi (milk skin), and roasted vegetables every day. We also had several dinners there and were very satisfied; the grilled fish, large burgers, and stir-fries were all excellent, and guests even get a discount. On our last night, we paid extra to upgrade to a snow-view room. Personally, I think if you're here primarily for skiing, it's not really necessary. However, if you're on vacation, a snow-view room is a must – the light and views are fantastic.

Facilities: Refrigerators, microwave ovens, washing machines, LCD TVs and other household appliances are complete and easy to use. Waifai provides smooth and full coverage. Hygiene: clean and tidy, disposable slippers and sandals for men and women are provided, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soaps, razors are all available, large and small towels are white and fragrant, and the hygiene is cleaned every day. Environment: Transparent and bright, quiet and good for sleep. Service: The boss is warm and thoughtful, affable, responsive to all requests, and has excellent character! Mineral water, paper, etc. are all supplied without any complaints! It’s so happy to feel at home like this! Looking forward to staying again!

The facilities aren't luxurious, but they're very practical. The AC, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they quickly resolved any issues and even assisted with our travel itinerary. The room was clean, tidy, and had an amazing view – I could watch the sea right from my bed. All the toiletries were provided, and there was plenty of hot water. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. If you're on a budget but want to stay by the sea, this place is a no-brainer!

Five-star rating for the staff! Liu Qianqian helped me with a late checkout because I had to wait for my child to finish skiing at 4:30 PM, and that late checkout was a lifesaver. BUT, the room I booked dropped in price. Even though it no longer included the yoga experience, it wasn't the exact same package, but seriously, who needs a yoga experience? A lower price is always king! This is definitely the top value-for-money choice in Chongli.

Returned for another stay and it was fantastic! The location is super convenient, right next to the ski slopes, making getting around a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest. Check-in was entirely self-service, quick and efficient. The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was top-notch, with a warm and elegant atmosphere overall. Great value for money, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Highly recommend it to everyone!

My stay at Cuiyunshan Xingchengu Apartment for skiing at Galaxy Ski Resort was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. What really touched me was their exceptional care when I unfortunately got a bit injured while skiing. A huge thanks to Brother Chunyu from the apartment, Engineering and Security Manager Zhang Dongchao, and Manager Guo Xiaoying from Cuiyunshan Resort Services Department for escorting me all the way to Chongli High-Speed Rail Station. Your team's meticulous attention and care were truly moving. Thank you so much! Once I've recovered, I'll definitely be back.
