The hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite it’s a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

Facilities: This is a ski-in/ski-out apartment, right on the slopes. Super convenient. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. The disposable toiletries were simple but complete. Environment: Parking is easy right outside the unit, and the charging station is also very close. No anxiety for electric car owners. Service: The ski pass discount was excellent, even cheaper than booking it myself on other platforms. I had a great time skiing at Genting and Wanlong this trip.

It's hygienic and clean. It's quite big and suitable for living. You can come here when traveling. The transportation is also very convenient. There are a lot of delicious food around and you can go shopping in the surrounding shopping malls. Overall, it's OK.

The breakfast was plentiful. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Living and sliding is relatively convenient. However, the stay-and-ski package no longer provides a snow card, but a facial recognition system... It is very uncomfortable to take off the snow goggles and mask in the snow, and it is not very sensitive. It failed to sense several times and got stuck at the gate and had to call the hotel to reset it. Activation... It is strongly recommended not to use facial recognition when reissuing ski cards to guests. If the hotel management makes all the guests staying in the ski area inconvenienced just for the purpose of reselling the ski cards, then that would be too ungenerous!
