05.02.2020 4F Standard Studio. 2 nights. Personal overall impression is ”normally good.” Since it is still a new ＳＡ, there are few buildings and equipment that are damaged. There are two entrances. (Maybe the general residence and rental? are separated.) Personally, having a bathtub is a plus factor. Also, the TV channel is a plus factor that you can watch about 3 Japanese commercial broadcasting stations. You shouldn't expect the view from the room. However, although I didn't go this time, the view on the rooftop (８ F level) looks good. Lawson 108 is facing the road in front. Close to Tuccom (bus station). It takes less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping at the underground TOPS, not as large as Robinson's underground TOPS, so there are few assortments, but the same is true for wallets. It's a little south on the east side of Sukhumvit Road, so it's far from downtown and coastal parks, so you're a little prepared to walk. Especially in the daytime, it's painful when it's sunny. Bitter smile. Instead, the price is not cheap, but not expensive.

The apartment is really located in Central Pattaya. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and shopping mall. The are a lot of food shops and bars near by. Very convenient . The room was very clean and cozy. There are 2 swimming pool here and the gym is fine. I would love to come back here and for sure 😘

The cleaning staff responded quickly to my concerns about a sandy couch although for for towel changing you need to pay. Location is good, be sure to have s working # to call the landlord at the gate.

Arden hotel is fantastic with so many amenities, washing machines, microwave ovens, cooking facilities, but i have not got room with a bathtub, previously i heard it has bathtub in every rooms, but it’s not true, the hotel is clean, but i found a bit of bad smell which i don’t expect in a hotel like this

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. The hotel it’s self has a pool, gym, sea views and is well situated with access to public transport, shopping and parks.

Excellent location with only few minutes to beach and restaurants and หอยจ๊อวรรณา which is very famous and super yummy! Reception is very helpful and seeks for all possible options to support my request in getting double bed room. Living room with kitchen and all necessary utensils and equipments are convenient and enough for short stay. Challenge will only be to get the parking space near the building you are assigned.

Pattaya Edge is the name of the condominium building to give to your taxi driver. The holiday inn bit is added in to distinguish itself from the other apartments being offered on booking sites. Great location. You are 10min walk from the beach and from Pattaya's famous night life. Fantastic roof top pools with lots of private sun lounging areas. There is a well equipped gym on the same level plus library plus washing machines. My apartment had a washing machine plus fridge, microwave and induction cooker. But who comes to Pattaya to cook 🙂 but the option is there. I have one gripe. There is a safe but it is not bolted to the wall. Sure, even if someone could walk off with the safe, they won't be able to open it. But that is a small consolation if my passport is inside. I was willing to take my chances with my tablet and money but i ended up carrying my passport around. I WhatsApp the owner and he couldn't undestand my concern. That aside, its not a hotel which might not suit everyone (there is no room service for example). I was on 7th floor but I could still hear the bars downstairs (they don't close until 2am). I wasn't there to go to bed early. So that didn't bother me. Cheaper accommodation can be had. But i liked the pool, the location and the washing machine. It would have got a 10/10 from me if I hadn't had to carry my passport around with me.

The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need – a washing machine, microwave, stove, fridge, and even smaller items like an iron and hairdryer. The kitchen also had a coffee machine with coffee provided, which was great for making a morning coffee. On top of that, the rooftop offers a public pool and loungers for those who prefer to relax at the hotel instead of heading to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

I have stayed 17 times so far, for a total of 56 days, and the number continues to increase. It feels like home. It is located in the center of Pattaya, with a 45-story building. The world of Pattaya is at your feet, with unobstructed views. The landlord is very attentive to the management and is clean and tidy. The CP value of the house price is very high. The room pictures on the website are not fake, and the Wi-Fi speed in the room is very stable. It is very suitable for uploading a large number of beautiful photos back to the hotel. The Internet speed is me has been placed on the photo. Next, I would like to express my personal feeling that when you go out, you can have peace of mind. There are three security posts here. The entrance lane controls the entry and exit of vehicles. Security guards are stationed outside the entrance of the hall and in the parking lot at the rear. They are here to enter and exit. A magnetic card is required, otherwise you cannot enter and take the elevator, and security control is very rare.  The other is important fire-fighting equipment. There are three escape ladders on each floor, as well as smoke detectors and sprinklers in every room to protect everyone's lives and property. Many people think this is a B&B. I call it a high-end residential area. The sound insulation is very good and the water pressure in the shower is very strong. This is rare in Pattaya. Moreover, the quality of the guests here is higher and they can completely relax on their vacation. .  If I have to say a disadvantage, it would be that you would not know it is raining when you are in the room. The entire room is isolated from doors and windows. I love my house and I love my house. I also ask my friends to take more care of the equipment in the room if they have the opportunity to stay here. There is a resource recycling room on every floor, just opposite No. 01. For example, I live on the 24th floor this time, diagonally opposite to No. 2401. It is the garbage room. You will pass by it when you go out, so you can throw away the garbage. The landlord also started business this year. I highly recommend choosing to live here.

Pros The location is so good Soi 5 is so close and accessible to almost everything. The rent is cheap Room service and cleaning was so good and the worker did some hard work each time. Daily water and some utilities were provided to your doorstep. Cons Main con is the lack of an elevator.. it’s really difficult to walk up the stairs especially if your room is in 4th or 5th floor. The building is old and the facilities are bit outdated. For instance the old boxed television, the old curtains, etc (but its a budget accommodation) The main thing i want to mention is the very poor aircon, no remote was provided and had no specific temperature setting (even though a controller kind of thing is there, i don’t think it’s working) Sometimes it will cool too much in the midnight so you have to wake up and turn it off, and i was literally coughing a lot when the aircon is on (Never happened before, i think the filter is not clean or something) anyway its a personal thing so leave it. The room is just alright and not very attractive and is old fashioned. Another main con is the bed which felt like a solid thing with a small cushion on the top (not very comfy) Among my two week stay, two days the motor was complaint and so there was no water available but it’s understandable. Overall I prefer to stay in a different accommodation, especially because of things like lift, aircon, bed, old room with poor ambience etc But i am not forgetting the fact that its a budget accommodation. But i prefer to pay slightly more to get a better accommodation as there are lots of accommodations available at reasonable prices in pattaya. Thanks

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. I am staying for a long time for on business. I have all the tools me need for life. If there is something wrong with the equipment in the room, it will be fixed immediately. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my requests for improvements so that I could live comfortably. The view from the room is not good to compliment. However, location that is convenient for shopping including Robinson and food cart. Close to the sea and sports park, convenience is good. There is also a tuk-tuk platform in front of Robinson, so it is convenient to go out on holidays. I would like to use the next long stay.

The wife and I decided to make an excursion to Chonburi, Thailand for a few days to visit family and see the sea again. I ch3cked on many hotels and most were quite expensive, but I found this place and we gave it a try. Stayed 3 night and though not fancy, it was a delightful stay! The staff wee more than happy to help with any request and the room was perfect. It was clean, had good wifi, and suburb water. I really couldn't have ask for more.

This hotel is like a heaven for young kids. With swimming pool, outdoor playground, painting station and yummy breakfast, what else can you possibly ask for? Did I mention a super sized indoor playground? Yes they’ve got them all ! Nice room, very clean, great service. The downside is that there is no beach. But people should know this is Sriracha where it is know for its deep sea port. Business people may find this place a little noisy.

The owner is very good. The room is clean. The bathroom is very spacious. If there is a hair dryer, it will be perfect. There is breakfast such as toast and coffee, Ovaltine.

I have been staying at Kantary Bay Sri Racha one to two night a week for over a year. As a consultant, both me and my wife stay at this sea-side city for our works and this hotel/serviced apartment fit our needs perfectly. It has a great staff , great room services and all the functions and feeling of home. The hotel furnishing is while not super elegant was great and very functional, the living room and kitchen are large and spacious with washing machine and the bathroom equipped with both large shower, separated bathtub and Japanese style toilet. The TV in both our living and bedroom are either free standing or accessable and we can easily link up to our IT devices to watch Netflix and other online entertainment with no problems (in lot of hotel even five stars one that is hard to do sometime). Breakfast and room service is also great and cover both western and Japanese style breakfast (over half of the occupants are family of Japanese executives and staffs working in Japanese or subsidiaries firms operating in Sri Racha and near-by area but probably due to Japanese culture and the well insulated walls, the hotel was every quiet though out the day and night) And since me and my wife love Japanese foods this is a plus for us. Also as it is a hotel/service apartment complete with large fridge, microwave, large hot water kettle, and table wares, you can order take outs from various Western, Japanese, Korean and Thai restaurant and outlets that operate through out the cities or food from a supermarket and enjoy them on your own dining table inside your room which is plus. Recently I went on three-weeks holiday trip with my wife to Italy and Spain where we stay in 4 and 5 stars hotels in about 10 cities during the trip. And while those hotels was elegant and great services we were still telling each other that it does not have the feeling of “home” like when we stay at Kantary Bay Sri Racha.

There should be breakfast.

The accommodation is quiet and quiet. The staff provide very good service. The rooms are well proportioned. But one thing is stuck: the room is stuffy and the refrigerator has a strong shrimp paste smell. I'd like to fix this. Overall, it's very good. I like it.
