This was my second stay at the Hilton Osaka so I was familiar with the property, location and services. The location is fantastically convenient, within a couple of minutes walking distance of JR Osaka Station, various subway lines and major department stores and malls in Umeda. The hotel itself is fine, a fairly generic luxury hotel property and the rooms have all the modern conveniences you would expect. However, this time round we encountered a number of service failures due to the hotel staff seemingly struggling to cope with the much higher than normal volume of guests due to the combined effect of golden weeks in Japan and greater China. We had a couple of problems with the front desk staff and the breakfast restaurant was packed with long queues from 7.45am onwards. We will not choose this hotel again

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, new, and spotlessly clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating, making the experience even better. The hotel is surrounded by some great restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. Getting around is easy. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I really like this champagne-themed hotel. Each floor has a suite and a champagne house. The rooms are larger than those in other Osaka hotels, and the pure white decoration makes them brighter. Shinsaibashi shopping street is a 5-minute walk away, and it is quiet in the bustling city. The service is very good and worth the experience. Their dinner is a little expensive, but it is worth trying. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room, mainly sweets, and a bit simple.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect! Walkable distance to Dotonburi, Sinseikai and Sinsaibashi. All the walks are in within 10-15 mins, there are a lot of convenience stores around, really so convenient!
The room is spacious and clean, it’s considered as one of the most spacious hotel I’ve stayed in Japan, even came with a microwave and cooking pan. Luton on market is just about 5 mins walk, you can get some steak there and bring back to cook if you want to.
There are free coffee, water and ice dispenser 24 hours. Room is modern as well, come with a bathtub. I would book this place again when I’m back next time!

Excellent location and view. Especially for family with kids, this hotel is right above Namba station and walking distance to kuromon market, dontorbori. Easy to get to different subways for traveling. Though is 2 double beds. One bed can fit one Asian adult and child.

AAntonVery nice hotel. We lived in the room Premie, very clean and cozy. Location is quite convenient, close to metro and shops, main streets and routes.
Moments for improvement is quality of the staff service. The staff of the hotel is cute, but they don't go further than 4- stars hotel. They don't demonstrate extra service and extra willing to help the guests. I mean that your hotel might be much more greater thanks for a little improvement.
Nevertheless would recommend this hotel and would stay here once again.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious by Japan standards and well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, electric kettle, air purifier/humidifier, air-conditioning, and basic amenities. If you opt for daily housekeeping, they’ll replenish items such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, combs, toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, and body sponges. Towels are changed and trash is cleared daily as well.
The only downside is the lack of complimentary drinking or hot water, even at the lobby—so you’ll have to boil water using the kettle provided in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Location-wise, it’s excellent—just a short walk from the train station, with a Don Quijote and FamilyMart nearby. There’s also a Daiso downstairs, along with plenty of restaurants and a game arcade.
The complimentary breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a wide variety. It’s not extravagant but includes both Japanese and Western dishes such as curry rice, udon, pickles, grilled salmon, takoyaki, cold tofu, salads, warabimochi, sausages, chicken rings, fried chicken, cereals, milk, bread rolls with spreads, soft serve ice cream, DIY waffles, fruits, and beverages like coffee, tea, juice, and soft drinks.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori, and the metro station, making it easy to explore Osaka’s top attractions.

Rooms are adequate in size for one, but the twin bedded rooms are a little bigger.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. Lift access is a bit unusual as one needs to catch an ascending separate lift to reach reception on the 16th floor, and then another descending separate lift to reach your room on levels 15 and below. Overall a nice hotel. Thank you.

GGuest UserI stayed at OMO Kansai Airport for one night before my flight, and overall it was a smooth and convenient stay.
1. Location is great — super close to the train station, and the hotel also provides a shuttle to the airport, which is really helpful if you have luggage or an early flight.
2. Self check-in was smooth, and there were staff nearby to help if needed, which made the process quick and easy.
3. The restaurant has a nice night view. I went there around 8pm for dinner. One thing I didn’t realize at first — you have to order your food at a self-order machine before entering the restaurant. I was a bit confused, but the staff were really kind and gave me clear instructions.
4. The mattress wasn’t what you'd expect from a typical memory foam or spring mattress — it felt more like a tatami-style mattress. But honestly, I found it acceptable and still slept pretty well.
Overall, a very efficient and comfortable airport hotel with friendly staff and a touch of Japanese charm.

Housekeeping left spare towels and water outside room as I had dnd request. Seems to be a trendy part of town as loads of hipsters and expensive cars parked outside. Food Shopping next door called oasis. Amazing selection of whole foods type items. Cheap. Lawson around the corner for 24 hour items and snacks. Laundry is 600 yen for 2 hour wash and dry on 5th floor. Very handy. Drinks machine also next to washing machine if you don't want to venture out. Pizza restaurant attached to lobby on 5th floor. Very nice atmosphere. Highly recommend. Quiet hotel for family's and friends

Llyf_a_driftAcross from the grand Daimaru and Luxury shops like Hermes and Gucci, this place saves up more money for transport fares and gives more for shopping. A few steps away from Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi and if you’d still like to keep walking, you might also get to Kuromon market. it is also easily accessible from the Metro. getting to places was a breeze. it was also quiet and you can get a good night’s sleep despite being in the heart of Osaka.
