The hotel is new, but there is a smell of furniture when entering the room. It should be that the new hotel has not completely dissipated the smell. The swimming pool is also very comfortable. You can see the Mekong River. It is very comfortable to stay on a business trip.

Clean and neat

Room clean. Nice service. Staff very friendly. Nice pool. However, I can't believe how many people using the pool everyday because it is public. Do not book anything with poolview. Unless you are ready to have vaccination with everyone else and music from aprox 15.00 to 22.00 Nice hotel in the morning

I traveled alone and was offered a very nice upgrade upon arrival for a good price. The room was actually a bit too big for me alone, but very comfortable. In the evening, I enjoyed a cold beer at the bar—a lovely atmosphere with the poolside lights, very relaxing. The free shuttle to the city is really great, it makes everything so easy. The service was friendly and helpful. My only complaint: the hot shower could have been a bit hotter, to be honest—Europeans do like really hot water 😉 But otherwise, completely satisfied. I would book again in a heartbeat.
