Location is super great of within 1 min walk from the train station. The room is clean and tidy!! However, no toothbrush or toothpaste will be provided. Water will leak from the bathing area when having shower :( so frustrated when you tried ur best to keep clean of the toilet

The room is clean, bright, and spacious, and it's close to both the train and subway stations. We had a very pleasant stay here. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything is perfecto except a snoring roommate. I booked 2 nights at this hostel. The location is just 10mins from Salzburg main (train) station. Facilities were clean & their staffs were friendly. The common areas were cozy and the atmosphere made it easy to meet other travelers. The only downside was my snoring roomate whom I found out he was at the wrong bed. The 1st night he started to snore from 10pm to 4am, non stop. The 2nd night from 1am till morning 🙄 His snoring made the rest of us a bit hard to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea.

The location is good for me, as it is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the main train and bus terminal. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and access transportation without any hassle. The area surrounding the hotel is vibrant, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The room itself was decent, offering a comfortable stay. However, the only downside was the lack of a table in the room, which would have been useful for working or dining.

Clean, comfortable bed with a good mattress, good wifi, nice staff, instant coffee/tea available in the room. Bus stop to city center in front of the hotel and SBahn/urban train station about 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Very clean and modern hotel. Amazingly comfortable bed and facilities. Within walking distance to the train station and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The only thing that surprised us was the fact that the shower inside our room has no door, only the toilet that has a door. Bit awkward if travelling with friends.

Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

Great hotel, 15mins walk from train station and 20min walk to centre. Staff very good, small gym which has enough for a short stay. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food as we thought it was fairly expensive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided the clear parking instruction by letting me know there will be free parking on the street during the weekend. I requested a connected room and they provided me what I wanted. The heating system for towel in the bathroom is a plus. However, the light in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if it is brighter.

It is said to be a five-star hotel in Salzburg. It is very cost-effective. Drinks and snacks are free in the room. There are also free chocolates. Water or wine is provided when checking in. There are also free chocolates in the lobby. The room is very clean and you can rest at night. The key location is amazing. It is opposite the Mirabell Gardens

This hotel feels a little worse than Four Points. It is not large in scale, has few restaurant options, and does not have a swimming pool. It is just a business hotel. 出行前我讓攜程的客服幫我再把海外訂單都確認下，因為我們帶小朋友，很多房間都訂了沙發床，客服説衹要有確認號就沒問題，事實上還是會出問題。比如前台説你衹訂了一個人的房間，我出示確認函顯示兩大一小，搞了很久才勉強同意幫我們鋪沙發床。如果事先再確認好可以省很多事。 酒店本身有上百年的歷史，在老房子裏重新裝修過，很有歐洲宮廷奶奶風，套房面積闊綽，還加了了自動馬桶蓋，在歐洲很難得。 床品和布草都挺舒服的，就是行李太多不好拎上樓，內部蜿蜒曲折。備品用的是bredo，香味好聞。 早餐不算豐富，乾巴白人飯，鮮榨橙汁好喝。 服務算奧地利地區比較nice的，英語交流沒問題。

I have lived in a more satisfactory hotel in a multi-country tour of Europe. It is a mountain road of a small castle. It is very good to park. The hotel has its own small parking lot. After entering the door, the staff welcomed us warmly and let us sit in the bar with free welcome drinks, the hotel is said to have existed in the 14th century and has been renovated and well maintained. There is a nice fountain in front of the gate that feels aristocratic. There should be more than 20 rooms in total, the room is clean and warm, the view outside the small balcony is the entrance garden. There is also a welcome fruit plate and private welcome letter in the room. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel is a star Michelin, the food is delicious in many Michelin restaurants, in addition to the dishes there are many appetizers and petit fours desserts. Good location and beautiful hotel. We are a family of two adults and three kids( age between 9 to 13). Hotel charged us for three adults and two kids. Three nights we ended up paying 3000euro plus. Cost is pretty high and the most hurting point is that we only got to know this upon check out…

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful. There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip. The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table. They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good. The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note..

There's a spa in the basement, a sauna, a pool and an outdoor pool. There is tea in the spa, it's delicious, the counters are very friendly The staff at the spa are very friendly. Friendly place to be in Austria

You must stay here when you come to Salzburg to experience the castle where Princess Sissi lived. 1. The hotel service is very considerate: from the moment we drive to the hotel, there will be staff to help us park the car, and take the luggage from the car to the room according to our requirements. When checking in, we will be given a drink that is said to be Princess Sissi's favorite. Isn't it a sour plum soup with various mixed berries? Then the butler in charge of us is a handsome Austrian boy. He will take us around the hotel like Liu Laolao entering the Grand View Garden, and then introduce one by one. Because I knew before I came that this was a hotel in the countryside and there were no restaurants nearby, so I booked the see terrace by email early. Who knew that the lake view global gourmet restaurant was closed due to weather reasons, and only the Schloss restaurant (castle restaurant) was open. I was disappointed. It's over. It's a meal in a food desert again. As expected, there are very few choices on the menu, only fried pork chops, grilled fish, steaks, etc. I ordered mushroom soup, rib-eye steak, and soufflé. The steak was good, but the sauce was not good. I asked the waiter to add black pepper. The soufflé was huge. The taste was good, but with the plum sauce, it was the kind of sweet that Europeans and Americans like... I wanted to go back to the room and eat the canned fried dace that I bought at Go Asian supermarket before coming here! Overall, this Rosewood is very suitable for vacation and enjoy a slow life!
