With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient. The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.

They were very kind and the accommodation was clean. The airport pick-up service was also safely accessible and is about a minute's drive away. The place where the accommodation was located was surrounded by barbed wire, and the guard was guarding the entrance, so I felt safe. Also, the breakfast was great, and lastly, the kind owner gave me a ride to the airport. If you have to spend a day near the airport, I definitely recommend it. 공항과 매우 가깝고 직원분들 모두가 친절하십니다. 혹시나 이용하게 된다면 호텔에 연락하여 공항 픽업 서비스를 꼭 신청하셔야됩니다! 숙소 또한 깨끗하고 일단 동네 자체가 철조망으로 둘러 쌓여 경비가 입구를 관리하니 안심이 됩니다! 과테말라 공항 근처에서 하루 묵기에는 딱 좋습니다! :)

I only stayed at the hotel briefly due to a late flight arrival and an early flight the next day. However, the room was decent and it was close to the airport which was all that mattered. When I checked out in the early hours of the morning there was no staff to check me out so I just gave the key card to the security.

Considering the rating of the hotel, I expected better service. It wasn’t bad service but not on par with other 4/5 star hotels I’ve been to throughout the world. Room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit outdated. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.

The breakfast is very good. The location is very good. The front desk and restaurant waiter are warm and patient. The luggage storage and hotel driver transfer service are also in place. This is a great hotel. If you come again next time, definitely choose this hotel.

While the hotel was very clean there was this smell of cheap toilet airspray everywhere. The employees where kind and the meal service was very good. The room was ok. But the bathroom didn't even had an air extractor. Overall all i can say is that is overpriced.

Close to the airport and feels safe. Still a bit strange location and not feeling so safe to walk there in the middle of the night. Room and building is very basic and old. Breakfast was nice. Too expensive 👎

It is a hotel converted from a villa, the equipment is not bad, the key is that the hotel owner is very beautiful and the service is good. It is rare to speak English. Don’t order me food, and take me to the market supermarket for free, and take me to the airport for free
