Positive: Good location near the city center. Very easy to access to main attractions, pier and foods. Nice and more to modern hotel compare to another local hotels in the town. As Thai, B2 is the list that I always choose but for this branch there are many things to improve. Negative: cleanliness of the room is the worst B2 that I ever stay. Bedsheets dirty, mold in the shower seems like they never deep clean. Hair even in the minibar. Feedback pass to staffs to improve significantly. Staffs service could be nicer but compare to the tier as budget hotel. I can rank them to 4/5. However, my only 1 night here. I asked for more pillows and they said we are out of stock and then done.

We stayed here to be close to the airport, so location was not great. Really your quite in trouble if your hungry, so make sure to hit up the surrounding malls before they close at 9pm. Or your only option will be 711 (which isn’t terrible!?) We were reluctant to stay here after a bad experience with B2 Ao Nang. But this one was MUCH better ran!! Cleaner , and the staff was so wonderful! It is a great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish they had a gym!

This hotel is great if you want a quieter area of Samui but right by the beach (the longest on the island). Staff are polite, friendly and helpful, breakfast is ample and the pool(s) area with bar/restaurant is simply wonderful. I left some items behind by mistake and contacted the hotel and of course I had to pay but they were very efficient in organising their return to me in China. Hope to see you again! The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, close to restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the chicken rice porridge. However, the soundproofing in the room is not very good, as outside noises can be heard.

I was placed in a room that overlooked the staff entrance so had the noise of them chatting on breaks and coming and going on their scooters so was a bit noisy. The phone in the room wasn’t connected, so just a prop I guess? The fridge defrosted and stopped working. They replaced this but with a European plug (using my only adaptor). Turns out that the plug port had blown so I had to lose some food and find another socket in the room (could not supply me with a replacement adaptor). The teaspoon was dirty and I had to ask to have a tv provided. The shower wouldn’t work hot. The pressure of the hot water wasn’t enough to keep the valve to feed the shower, open. On arrival I used the “luggage storage” which was just an area where everyone dumped their luggage (open plan next to reception) when I came back to check in, my rucksack wasn’t there. It was erroneously taken with another guests luggage. My passport and cash/cards were enclosed so luckily they managed to locate it. The hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs attention. Overall the staff are great and hard workers, the owner clearly lets the place down.

Hotel location is a bit awkward. It is not on the main street but hidden inside. We got lost first time finding it. Also to reach to beach, cannot to straight from hotel. Need to go very long way to reach access lane to beach as the beach is almost fully covered by Luxury Resort hotel beach front. Room location is also a bit awkward. First enter building A and pass over bridge to enter building B. There is no straight enterance/exist for Building B. AC is not properly working for our room that day although we adjusted several mode. Will not be staying that hotel next time in Koh Samui.

CENTARA life, Koh Samui, Lamai Gleich vorweg: Das Centara Life ist m. E. kein Urlaubshotel, eher ein Business-/Wochenendhotel … ich hatte mich auf ein CENTARA-Hotel gefreut, aber:  Nicht überall wo CENTARA drauf steht ist auch CENTARA drin … es ist irgendwie ein völlig neues Hotelkonzept, Positionierung zwischen „high class“ und „normal class“  … Zimmer dicht an dicht, Balkon einer neben dem anderen, getrennt mit einer dünnen Holzwand … 4 Stockwerke hoch … damit sehr viele Zimmer, die aber sind überraschend groß, sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet … Ich habe ein Zimmer mit großzügigen Balkon … jetzt das ABER: die Aussicht hat nichts mit grüner Natur der Insel geschweige türkisfarbenen Wasser zu tun, ich blicke auf einen Parkplatz, einen großen Strommasten und auf die Dächer von unzähligen Häusern/Hütten … einige von denen wandeln sich abends zu lauten Sport-Bars und Kneipen um … lautes Gedröhne von nah und fern bis weit in die Nacht, nein - bis in den nächsten Morgen … abends sitze ich mit Oropax auf meinem Balkon und versuche zu lesen… trotzdem dröhnt es … im Restaurant des Hotels ist dagegen nichts los … nur gut, dass ich nicht auch noch die vom Reiseveranstalter angebotene Halbpension gebucht habe … der Swimmingpool - klein aber fein … 15 Liegen finden Platz … der tolle Strand von Lamai ist fussläufig in  10 Minuten erreicht.  Unterm Strich: das CENTARA life ist ein modernes Hotel, gehobene Ausstattung, große Zimmer und ich treffe auf ein durch und durch kompetentes Personal; die Umgebung ist sehr laut, ist schrill, lädt zu einem „Massage- und/oder Bier-Marathon“ ein - promenieren, gemütliches Laufen in der in nur ein paar Schritten entfernten Hauptstraße ist ab 19:00 nicht möglich - dicht gedrängter Verkehr inmitten lauter Musik-Bars, Souvenir-Shops und Thai-Restaurants …

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The customer service is the best that I’ve ever experienced with an American company. The villa was a dream! The most beautiful view that I’ve experienced so far. The pools, the Kids Club, the bars, the Happy Hour, the View Restaurant..everything was excellent. It’s a beautiful resort. My only complaint would be the kids meals were low quality which was unexpected for the Ritz. I will definitely visit again!

Marasca瑪斯克蘇梅酒店應該説是本次行程中的意外之喜了，臨時決定延遲一天離島，就搜了下附近的酒店，意外發現了這家酒店。 旺季近3000一晚入門房的價格，不算便宜，但是在蘇梅也最多算是中等偏上的價格吧。 酒店就在查汶海灘中心地帶，從步行街走進巷子，整個世界都安靜了，真的算是那種純粹的鬧中取靜了。 度假村整體裝修很現代、也相當新，據説開業也很短的時間，房間內的設施相當不錯，特別是床品，躺上去就不想下來的感覺。海邊的餐廳、酒吧不管是餐食還是酒水出品都很在線，口味和觀感相當好。 所有員工都彬彬有禮，特別是餐廳的服務生讓人記憶猶新，英語流利且會跟客人開玩笑，我記得跟一個女孩説買單，她直接跟我説，ONE MILLION BATH，然後看我愣住後哈哈大笑，這一幕讓我印象深刻。 最後，鄭重再推薦下這個酒店，下次去肯定是再會去住的。

This is a very big resort hotel with large beautiful gardens. Hotel provides club cars to shuttle the guests between different places inside the hotel. All stuff always smile to greet the guests, and provide very nice service. The hotel has large amounts of different beautiful shapes of beach chairs nicely arranged at various places around the beach and pool areas for guests to have enough fun. All restaurants have ocean views, and carefully designed to have relaxing atmospheres, those are really enjoyable. The breakfast is also very nice with very good selections. The waves at this beach here are strong which make a very loud sound. The sounds truly make me so relax, as well as an unforgettable experience. Our deluxe terrace guest room is by the beach on the first floor, and near the pool bar and a restaurant. We can overlook the ocean, and enjoy the wave sound just from our terrace. On the other hand, the room has airtight windows to keep the room absolutely quiet. Thank Sheraton for making our Samui vacation such a wonderful and memorable one.

The room was very good, with a wide view and a very good view. The most beautiful sunrise on the first day was half an hour late, and there were clouds on the second day, which was a bit regrettable, but watching the moon rise in the evening was another kind of happiness. The bright moon rose over the sea, and the feeling of poetry came to me. The facilities are complete, and there are various activities such as paddle board sailing, Thai boxing, etc. The service of Banyan Tree will never disappoint you. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic to help book various activities. Because the flight on the last day was late, he also helped us apply for a late check-out! I accidentally hurt my hand in the room, and the staff helped me deal with it more anxiously than I did. Because it was the weekend, there was a beach BBQ and a spark show. The breakfast was good for the first two days, but it was a little below expectations on the third day. It was a perfect vacation for four days and three nights here.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Beach with white sands and clear water. Perfect for families. Love their surprise of the day. Breakfast is average. It's in the heart of Samui. I booked a pool villa. Cleaninest is poor. The pool was dirty and smelly. I paid for the villa to use the pool for three nights, but I ended up not using it at all. It was our wedding anniversary but didn't go well i as wanted. Survived mosquito bites. A snake slithered at my door, just outside the villa. So please be aware. Though i like the hotel, I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again after experiencing all those unpleasant things. Snake was the last thing I expected to see in a star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nikki Beach Koh Samui, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot on the pristine shores, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that continued throughout my entire stay. The location of Nikki Beach is simply breathtaking. Nestled on the stunning Lipa Noi Beach, it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern luxury. The crystal-clear turquoise waters, powdery white sands, and swaying palm trees create a postcard-perfect backdrop that instantly puts you in a state of relaxation

Honestly surprised by this hotel. Usamui is a boutique locally owned hotel. I found their professionalism to be top notch and there small gestures really go far. Each night there were small snacks left in the room, they closed the curtains and ensured the room was ready for you to go straight to sleep. Breakfast was decent. Great views and overall amazing stay. The beach sand is a bit rough, not sure if this could be fixed but otherwise give it a try!

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Sala offers a commutable 10 minute walking distance to local bars and restaurants while maintaining a serene ambiance shielded from the noise and nightlife of the Chaweng area. I was warned by friends that Chaweng was unfavourable for living due to its proximity to the airport, but the room is well sound proofed and completely silent. I was surprise by the space and depth of the personal pool as it was bigger than the images suggested and offered a great place to swim late at night after a day in the heat and was completely private from the other guests. The food was great. Breakfast was available through delivery or in the restaurant. They high-quality food, coupled with a daily menu offered delightful variations. Staff even ensured my breakfast was delivered before my early check-out, so I was able to catch my departing flight with good timing. The staff were friendly, polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They offered communication via telephone or via message through a downloadable app - so it was easy to communicate any of our needs from the room or on the go. The beachfront pool is a little small and ideal for guests with children, whereas adults can make use of sea-side loungers, free kayak rentals, a great bar and swimming in the sea. In summary, this room offers a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and tranquility. Whether you're looking to explore the local nightlife or simply unwind in style, it provides an exceptional experience. I hope I can return in the future!

Nice place, very comfortable, far from the city and in a very big intense road, so for tourists you're completely dependant on taxi (even the 7 eleven is not far but you have to do a traffic loud road to get there). Although there's always Grab to let the stuff you need come to you. A lot of tiny tiny ants looking for our food in the room, but not a big deal. The photos are made days after the check-in so a bit messy

I highly recommend a homestay, the owner is very polite, the price is so cheap that it is not expensive, each cottage is very special, we arrived after 10 o'clock, the owner has been waiting, and helped us carry the luggage, and will go next time

The accommodation looks very clean and comfortable. The bed is soft. There is a hair dryer service, which is convenient.

This is a great hotel in a pretty central area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included. I recommend this hotel.

Worthwhile, affordable and clean . Probably need to improve the bed quality . Park is sufficient too . This is a return trip . Will definitely come back again for the stay . We had a very warmth welcome too . Very friendly boss and staff with customer service oriented . Nearby the famous shrine of Surratthani , walking distance of less than 2 km away

We enjoyed our stay at Orchid Riverview. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was fine and the staff very friendly.

This property’s location is rather remote and quiet which was what we wanted. You’ll need to take a taxi to the village which is about 200 baht per way as walking along the beach to the village is not easily accessible from the hotel. Room is relatively spacious with nice balcony. 2 very nice large pools. The 2nd pool is located at Blk 3 up on a steep slope which is great if you room is located there. Breakfast spread was very nicely balanced between east and west. Only negative comment was the poor internet connection in room and by the beach which can be frustrating for some. Overall, it is a beautiful, quiet, organic type of place and we’ve enjoyed our stay.

The +: Magnificent hotel overlooking Shark Bay. Out of the city so quiet, scooter rental necessary to get around. The hotel is built on the hillside, there are many stairs to move between the rooms, the pool, the reception, but it has its charm. Green spaces and pool very well maintained. The -: mattress too soft and very hollowed by all the guests preceding me; surprising for a hotel of this standing ... moreover, on one of our 4 nights, a major water leak woke us up. We called the hotel staff in the middle of the night, who responded, and intervened during the day to repair. When checking out, when paying for the stay (breakfast, spa, ...) a ridiculous discount of 398 baht or € 10.81 was granted to us. A very light commercial gesture considering the inconvenience caused, for a room at 100€/night … Finally, the services offered (massage, spa, snorkeling and canoe equipment rental) are very expensive compared to the prices practiced elsewhere on the island. If you do not plan to leave the hotel, prepare yourself to pay dearly.

The room is clean and nicely decorated in a nature theme, especially the bathroom with the stone floor and walls. The beach area of the hotel is a little bit small compared to the neighboring hotels but still good. But what convinced me most of all is the service. The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful with everything you need. The hotel area is pretty big so there is a cart service that can pick you up at your hotel room and drive you out to the entrance (or beach, pool, …). Very convenient because the street with all the restaurants is right outside the entrance (and a 7-eleven right across the entrance). So all in all a very pleasant experience and i would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located a little far from civilization. You need to be prepared for this. The nearest 7 eleven is a 20 minute walk. This was not a problem for us. We stayed for 2 days and spent them entirely at the hotel. I didn't want to go out anywhere. At first glance, everything seems a little outdated, but the area has such a cool, relaxing atmosphere that after 5 minutes you forget about it. We lived in a wonderful Villa with a pool and sunset views right from the balcony. Breakfast and dinner were included. The food was divine. The staff is very attentive. Everyone knows what villa you live in, what kind of coffee you like, etc. It was very surprising. The hotel has a beautiful beach - although in the afternoon, because... in the first half, due to the tide, the beach goes under water. But in the afternoon it opens and it’s very cool to walk there. The places are very picturesque.

This is a great hotel. Starting from the location, ending with small details in the room - mosquito spray in a perfume bottle. The staff is very polite and caring. You feel in absolute comfort and safety. The hotel area is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Breakfasts are great. There is everything. Buffet format + ordering from the menu. Any kind of scrambled eggs, porridge, juices, avocado toast, fruit, etc. You must leave a deposit of 1000 baht at the hotel; it will be returned upon check-out. On the downside, one night there was a lot of noise from the company in the neighboring villa. With music, dancing, etc. I think the hotel should take action and prevent this from happening. Still, the non-hotel format does not imply noisy parties.

It is an expensive place and you expect 5 star service, so the accommodation was well built but very minimalistic and the staff was not that helpful I order taxi for 2 people and after 1 hour a bike came I asked to add days to my stay and one staff confirm while the hotel was fully booked already, Really need to work on the service and it will be perfect

The location is a bit far away from town. However, the service is quite nice with friendly atmosphere. Beautiful scenery around including the soft beach. 3 swimming pools are really unbelievable with cozy view.

The atmosphere around the hotel is very good. Feel good. You can chill all day. There are two swimming pools. The room is cleaned well. Cute housewife who speaks well There is a hotel shuttle service to and from the pier. **But the room doesn't have a spray hose, Thai people aren't used to it, and the restaurant for breakfast is not enough for the guests, causing them to have to play musical chairs. And what's not okay is The staff at the restaurant were not welcoming at all. Standing for a long time, not greeting or helping to find a seat, or even providing a seat or table at all. Very unimpressed The food line is also small compared to the room prices.

Big swimming pool and big rooms. 10 minute walk to the beach. Really good breakfast!!! Only one key card allowed and air conditioning takes a long time to cool the large room. No cable tv only free internet tv. Expensive during the full moon but better than sleeping on the beach.
