Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Очень красивое месторасположение, большой бассейн с видом на горы и на море. В номере просторно, тихо, терраса с видом на море. Все необходимое есть. Но кондиционер очень старый, и плохо работает, ночью было жарко, от чего не выспались. Но к утру стало прохладнее, из за того, что жара спала. Есть крытая парковка для машины, что очень хорошо, машина стоит не под солнцем. Рядом есть очень душевный хороший ресторан.

The room was huge and refreshing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They always provide what we needed. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. The location was just 10minutes walk to Budva Old Town and near beaches. I recommend the hotel. Kudos to everyone!

The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

My friend and I stayed for one night, and overall, this hotel provided a very good experience. The rooms are newly renovated with a stylish and minimalist design that really caught my eye, making for a super comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless, which was very reassuring. The hotel is located halfway up a hill, so you do need to drive a bit on a mountain road. However, there are about 4 parking spaces right outside, which is very convenient for self-driving guests – a huge plus. The breakfast selection was also quite varied and could satisfy different tastes. Both the environment and facilities exceeded my expectations, and the service was very thoughtful. If you're traveling by car, this is a great choice. I'd recommend it to travelers who appreciate peace, quiet, and a comfortable accommodation experience.

The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals.

Living with a friend. At the price we were very suitable, but there were shortcomings. Hot water was not always, some problems with the boiler inclusion and also cleaning was in a strange schedule. Super hotel, but this time the air conditioning wasn't working and there were issues with the iron; it took a long time to arrive, and we had to go get it ourselves after the third request. However, the rooms are huge, the location is top-notch, and the breakfasts are delicious. We'll definitely be back.

It is the best located hotel by the old town which is just infront of the hotel. What is interesting is that the there are Roman relics that was found when they were building the hotel. It also has a big buffet breakfast.

We booked this hotel for a week, choosing it based solely on photos, without checking its location or anything. And I must say how lucky we were: it's a clean, cozy hotel. We had a new room on the third floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. They cleaned every day, and they changed the sheets and towels three times over the week. We had breakfast, which definitely saved us money. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. The location is fantastic! There's a grocery store (Aroma) nearby, Slavic beach is within walking distance, and the delicious Fish Bar cafe is right at the hotel entrance. There's a Russian-speaking girl at reception, super nice and always ready to help. Overall, for the price, I highly recommend it!
