Such a smooth and convenient process. I called as we were collecting our baggage and was told to go to exit 5 and someone would collect us. I was then whatsapped a picture of the exit area and the vehicle with the reg. He was there within a few minutes of us exiting and took us on the short journey to collect the car. We immediately went through the brief documents and they told us to take a video going around the car while they noted any damage then we went on our way. On return i gave them an approximate arrival time by WhatsApp and they were there within our return transport ready to load our luggage. They checked round the car, said all was well and off we went. And we hired one of the smallest, cheapest vehicles but it was a pokey little thing and drove nicely. There was a small language barrier asking a couple of questions but google translate helped with that. Excellent all round.

The car rental shop is a bit far from the airport, but they offer pick-up and drop-off services. They were easy to contact, and the rental cars were in good condition and functional, although there might have been some minor scratches. The service was quite good; the staff were polite, explained how to use the car, and provided the owner's manual. Looking at the pictures, the car might seem small, but in reality, it wasn't as small as we thought and was quite comfortable.

Airport pick-up and drop-off is provided during business hours at 18:30 (the service was excellent). At the rental shop, we checked the car's exterior, signed the documents, and received driving instructions. The original car lacked navigation/backup camera, so the shop kindly replaced it with a newer model. There was still plenty of space for one large and one small car, plus two luggage compartments! Our journey from south to north in Okinawa went smoothly. Remember to fill up the tank before returning the car! (Keep the receipt; the shop will take it back!) Thank you for the car that took us all over the place, to beaches, shopping malls, supermarkets, and between hotels, providing a safe and smooth travel experience ❤️ Thank you for your two weeks of companionship (this was a great experience, and I look forward to renting again next time). Thank you to the owner and the rental shop (thank you for the prompt response in Chinese on Line, which made it possible to rent an extra day). (The rental shop is near the Tomari Port Fish Market.)

The car was in great condition and communication in Chinese was smooth, but the pick-up location was a bit out of the way. After taking the bus to the stop, it was a 10-minute walk away. It was more suitable for people who were driving themselves for the entire trip. They offered airport pick-up and drop-off service at the airport or Kokusai Street after returning the car, which was perfect for people who wanted to go to Kokusai Street to buy souvenirs after returning the car.

I received a brand-new car with only 800km on it and had a pleasant trip with my family. I drove over 200km myself over the 5 days, and the fuel efficiency was great. The pick-up and return process was quick, and the airport pickup went smoothly. I plan to use this service again on my next visit. I really want to go back. I already miss Okinawa.

The car was brand new, the price was very reasonable, the staff could communicate in Mandarin, and the company was near the airport, making it easy to find. They even offered to take you to the airport after you returned the car. This is my second time using their services.

They are a very attentive and excellent service provider. They were extremely careful during the explanation and use of the vehicle, which was in very good condition. It is also very close to the port, and more importantly, there is a shuttle service.
