Picking up the car was convenient. Although the car had a lot of scratches this time, the staff inspected it and marked every point before I received it.

The prices are the cheapest, and I've rented from here nearly 10 times before. This time, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, but the equipment was outdated, which was inconvenient. The service was fine. I'll rent from here again.

I booked a mid-size car for a two-day business trip in Bangkok. Having my own transportation made it much easier to travel between meetings and manage my schedule without relying on public transport. The car was comfortable and suitable for both city driving and longer distances. The rental process was straightforward, and the pick-up and return arrangements were convenient. Overall, a positive experience with a reasonable rental price. I would consider using Thai Rent A Car again for future business trips.
