This is a small hotel, and it doesn't offer breakfast. However, it's surprisingly well-equipped with all basic amenities, even including a hairdryer and cutlery. It's conveniently located in the town center. Be aware that access is restricted after 8 PM, and the 10 AM check-out time is quite early.
Living in the Tudor Dynasty hotel 500 years ago is a unique experience, and the room is quite large, the bathroom is also very good, the hotel is located on the ancient pedestrian street of Gloucester, a short distance from the cathedral, the downstairs bar is full of medieval style and the price is very affordable. Definitely recommended. The legendary bath water temperature is unstable~ It doesn't exist to adjust it. The stairs are really narrow but they are the characteristics of the old house!
The location was excellent & has parking at the facility which I'm pleased about.
It is a self check-in so some guidance in terms of do's & dont's, along with what amenities/facilities are available or something to explain the check-out times & some sort of contact in terms of queries could help.
My room was in basement (was not given any option nor knew it before I turned up at the hotel) & it was a bit smelly despite a good clean. Again, since I didn't know who/how I could reach out to about it, wouldn't say that was the best of the experiences.

The Brewhouse is a quaint cottage with nice facilities and a homely atmosphere, perfect for a small getaway! It is located 5-10 minutes away from many shops and the square, and is in a very convenient location. Totally recommend!
The bed is very comfortable, and if you need it, you can change the sheets in three days. Someone cleans it every day, which is great. On the day of check-in, we will prepare milk bread and some fruits for you. Check in is the main room of the hotel. Personally feel that the facilities are a bit old, not as fresh as the picture. The kitchen supplies prepared can only be used for simple European-style meals, and Chinese-style dishes are reluctant. The washing machine had to complain about it, it was very dirty, there was hair and dirt, but it was useless.
Self-check-in was possible. Ctrip did not send the check-in code, and when I called the host, they said they didn't have my email address and therefore couldn't send it. This is a problem with Ctrip. The room was clean and tidy, and there were no issues.

GGuest UserThis was an excellent hotel. Service was great. From James in reception who welcomed us with professionalism and warmth & tips to visit, to the restaurant staff who were helpful and responsive. The chef was great - food was tasty and to a great standard. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating as well. We had an awesome and restful stay. Our dog enjoyed the bed and treats as well as walks in the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will make tgis hotel an regular on our list.

PPBBLIUA very lovely cottage! New, impeccably clean, and comfy. It is close to the town centre of Bourton on the Water, convenient even for those who are not arriving by car. The breakfast was in good portions and was delicious especially the scrambled eyes. It was the best breakfast I had throughout my 2 weeks in the UK.
Cotswold is a beautiful area that deserves to be explored on foot if weather permits. I regret that I had only scheduled a 2-night stay, look forward to visit again
MMarie Francois LouisMy wife and I stayed overnight at Lucy’s Tearoom on 27th June. The welcome was excellent and the room and ensuite were immaculately clean. We had a comfortable sleep with a copious breakfast in the morning. The B&B has no parking facilities but our arrival and departure times suited the parking allowance in the Square/ 2 hrs free parking between 0900-1800h. Had we spent longer we would have had to find other parking facilities.
KKin HangThere was no staff present, only intercom and mobile phone, but was alright. The room and environment was alright for basic needs and one night stay. It'd be better if the heater could be stronger. The toilet of the original room leaked, but the staff acted quickly upon we called, and immediately swapped our room and transferred the refund to me!
GGuest UserWi-fi provided , however it was not able to get connected , not sure user is is wrong or password is wrong .
Went there by GPS following the address provided , but GPS guided us to another place .
No hair dryer provided .
House is clean and cozy , utensils and linens and towels are very clean as well , location is convenient .

GGuest UserThe room was clean and spacious, well-equipped, and the small refrigerator and free soda and beer were very thoughtful. The breakfast was very good, and the main course was cooked to order, which was worth praising.
