We stayed at this place for a week and it was an amazing experience. The room was very comfortable for the three of us. It was equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenette, toaster, and kettle. A small dining and living room complemented the apartment, which were separated from the master room by sliding doors. The pool and the gym were well-equipped. The location could not have been better. The building is located close to the main tourist attractions of the Pudong area and only a couple of meters from a metro station.

The luxurious one-bedroom hotel-style apartment is very good, suitable for us to live with our dogs. The room is 45 square meters, very large and very clean. Since we have our dogs, we don’t have to worry about the housekeeping department and clean up the surrounding environment by ourselves. It's very nice, quiet, the garden is clean, there is a large lawn for the dogs to play, and we are very conscious about picking up dog poop. There are also many catering services around, including Starbucks, Luckin, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The most important thing is that this place allows dogs to stay, and I feel love and respect for pets. Although it is a hotel, you can bring pets to live with you, and it is very clean. There is no peculiar smell, which shows that the hotel works hard. The kitchen in the room has everything we need, which is convenient for us to make simple meals. Needs some improvement. The navigation easily takes us to the opposite community. It was difficult to find it the first time. There is also a sensor light in the closet of the room, which is good and bad. Haha, there is something wrong with the high technology. The attitude of the service staff is particularly friendly. We will still choose this pet-friendly hotel when we come to Shanghai again

The hotel has everything you will need. If you arrive via metro, east nanjing statiob, try to get out via exit 5. If you cannot find exit 5, no sweat, be on the nanjing rd, walk through the Apple store through to the other side of the building and that is where tianjin rd is and the hotel is right there. There is so many good restaurant next to the hotel including a drink stand. Very good location!

The hotel is conveniently located, three subway stations within walking distance (no more than 10 min). The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, enough storage space, air conditioning was great, large bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has common kitchen and laundry room which is very convenient if you stay long. As for the disadvantages, Wi-Fi was really slow: enough for surfing and messaging, but we couldn’t watch a movie. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave and an electric hob, but to actually cook something you need to ask for the utensils at the reception desk. Overall, I think the hotel was really nice and I would definitely recommend it.

Although hotel is located a bit far away from the major attractions in Shanghai, easy access to metro station, and being situated in a very nice, safe, and convenient neighborhood make up for it. Did not opt for breakfast option, but apartment style room equipped with kitchenette is very useful. Room is great. Lack of ventilation in bathroom and lack of access to the balcony were the only gripe we could have.

We spent 9 days there and the apartment was perfect for our requirements. It has everything you need if the period you will spend is a month or less. There is always someone available 24 hours a day to serve you and meet your requests with ease. And the best thing was doing our check in fast even though we arrived very late, almost 1 am. Stayed at Base upon my return to Shanghai for work. I highly recommend it for all types of travelers. It has the amenities of a hotel (cleaning, towels, gym etc.) but additional comforts like in room toaster, fridge, stovetop, washer/dryer. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The cat in the lobby is adorable and it is walking distance to main metro lines, local grocery stores, and convenient shops. If you are new to the city or just there for a few weeks, it is a great option and cheaper than most hotels in the area.
