Отличное расположение в тихой части города, рядом руины храма. Для проживания была предоставлена отдельная комната с кондиционером, сама комната небольшая, но так как это отдельный дом на 2 этажа, то там имеется большая общая гостинная с кухней и холодильником, где можно приготовить завтрак или ужин, в холодильнике для гостей бутылки с водой, есть растворимый кофе, чайник, плита. Так же есть рабочее место под ваш лэптоп и диван с телевизором. Стабильный быстрый интернет. Есть стиральная машина и гель для стирки. В общем все необходимое для комфортного проживания. На первом этаже, кроме того, есть 2 санузла с душем. Обстановка в доме конечно не новая, вы получаете то за что платите, но внутри все было чисто и убрано.
К дому прилегает небольшая территория , где можно припарковать автомобиль или байк. Территория закрывается воротами. Во дворе много зелени, вечером приятную атмосферу создают множество гирлянд. Хотя это и в городе, но сам дом расположен в тихом переулке, утром вы проснетесь под пение птиц, с приятным ощущением пребывания посреди леса.
Процесс заселения не составляет трудностей, перед заездом вы получите подробную инструкцию с паролями от замков. Просто следуйте инструкции и все получится.
С хозяевами лично не встречался, в момент моего пребывания соседей тоже не было, так что я оказался единственным жильцом во всем доме.
Спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство, особенно за холодную воду в холодильнике, как нельзя кстати, после жаркого дня.

A very unusually decorated guesthouse, located 2 minutes from the temples. The friendly hostess will tell and help with any question: from a boat ride to bus tickets to Bangkok.
And although breakfast is not indicated on the card, it will be waiting for you in the morning: toast, muffins, fried/boiled eggs, tea/coffee and bananas - quite enough until lunch.
The only thing that was missing was good water pressure in the shower, but such are the realities of a flow-through heater. And there was only one towel per person, I would have liked more for hands and head. There was no closet in our room, only one hook with 4 hangers on it.
Overall, I recommend this guesthouse for the atmosphere and location

Overall good, the service staff are friendly, everyone. The facilities are quite reasonable. Breakfast is very good. Especially the ancient porridge Breakfast has many types to choose from, very good, uncle sugar is very awe-inspiring, loves the cat.

NNanaInChinaMost important thing is the customer service! They are so lovely and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they let me keep my stuff on a table and use the restrooms/terrace. Same when I had a late train when I left, they even told me to keep the towel in case I wanted to shower during the day.
The hotel is very nice, like an old school wooden house. It's sooo close to the station and to the boat service to cross the river. They also have a beautiful kitty.
Just let them know if you have a problem with steep stairs so they can give you a room on the first floor because going upstairs can be a little slippery and steep. Also let them know in advance (the day before) if you need to get your laundry done.
I got a room with a fan and shared bathroom and it was always clean and also not too hot in the room.
Bring a blindfold if you can't sleep easily with light because the curtains don't cover much the light, but hey! You're in a beautiful place, waking up early is okay 🤣😁 I would totally recommend this hotel and will go back if I pass through Ayutthaya again. Oh, and don't miss out on their sunset boat tour!

GGuest UserStaying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. The house itself was spacious and clean, and having a smart TV with access to YouTube was definitely a plus. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. Overall, it provided a comfortable and welcoming environment with excellent customer service and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable.

GGuest UserI like accommodations near the water. But if you look at the view from the top, you'll see a lot of the roof below. You have to come down to see the water view at the bottom. It's better. In the room, the WIFI signal didn't arrive, but the hotel said they were going to move the box. The next one should be better. Everything is good in the room. The big bed was comfortable.

GGuest UserIt was the best experience. The host and staff of the inn were very kind. The room was clean, luxurious and had everything. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins. I stayed with my parents who are 75 years old. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent…… Stay here if you want a boat ride to a quiet river island location just five minutes from the town market centre pier. We didn’t know just how lucky we were going to be and booked the Hotel purely by chance. We are so glad we gave it a go …. The peace of this quiet Island retreat is charming .. the staff make you feel welcome and the food is great. I would definitely go back again

It's built like a good old Thai mansion, and it was a fun experience that was different from a business hotel. The air conditioning worked well, so we had a comfortable stay.
For breakfast, we chose from a variety of menu items and had it made, but it was plentiful and delicious. They even made sure we were full (lol).
The owner was always smiling and very comforting.
