Great trip and Great stay

This is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

The general health situation is better, the environment is better, and the food is better. The location is on the edge of the city, behind the mountain, relatively quiet. The food is really good and worth recommending.

We stayed at the hotel after our Tirumala and Kalahasti temple visits.. and had booked 3 rooms which were very good.. At check in i was informed that Complimentary breakfast willbe served at 7 am.. the breakfast was definitely not complimentary, i paid around 329 Rs extra per room for the same. I had earlier reviews the restaurant for bad food, and i think the hotel needs to pull up its socks. But what marred our stay there was the loud noises on the 2nd floor middle of the night which disturbed our sleep. After tiring temple visits we expected peace and sleep that wasnot to be. Complained to the lobby ***ager and all he had to say was sorry and we should have called them..as if they could not hear the noises. Never again Minerva Grand!!

Hotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. Very good hotel if going for darshan to tirupati. Inside the street so use google maps to find.

Room 120: AC was on full blast with no option to make the room warmer. We had to freeze and could not sleep even for 1min. Spent the whole night walking up and down the hall. At 1am the hotel staff are asking if they can repair it. Fan was also working on 1 speed only full speed with regulator not functioning. Room 114: No hot water in the rooms at 6.30am. We called reception twice and they kept saying after 2-3 buckets hot water will come. Even after 10buckets no hot water. Bedsheets smell of dampness and toilets were not cleaned. ABSOLUTELY NO KID FRIENDS FOOD AVIALABLE IN THE EVENING. We had a small child and no idly, dosa, tiffin options at all after breakfast. We had to feed the kid just biscuits after a 5 hour journey. Horrible stay overall. Pathetic hotel and not worthy of a Fortune/ITC brand at all! Local boarding lodges would have been better!

We stayed at Bhimas during our visit to Tirumala recently. Location is central and is easily accessible. Close to railway stations and sometimes railway noise is audible in the room and that I guess should be a problem for most hotels in the vicinity. Internet was average. Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Front office were responsive and friendly. Restaurant was an average experience and needs improvement both in service and options. Not sure if this is due to Covid but service needs improvement although the staff were courteous but service was very slow. Otherwise it is a good hotel for a quick visit.
