Well what can I say! We were celebrating a special birthday at the Dilly and our experience was the best from the professional check in team, the housekeeping to the restaurant, but especially many many thanks to the guest relations team, Elenor in particular you know what you did. Thank you x We will definitely be returning to the Dilly.

Enjoyable stay, good location in Holborn. Hotel is a bit trendy, similar to a Virgin or W although not quite the scene. Rooms were pleasant, they have a pillow menu of 6 different types to choose from and multiple expresso options as well as a mini fridge. Bathrooms were a bit too small. Good breakfast buffet.

Stayed for one night. Room was clean with a very nice view of the grounds and the river Thames. The health club was busy but nice, we enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Downside was the bedroom door was not very soundproof so you could hear people coming and going in the hallway.

The location is good, with Martha's supermarket and Starbucks nearby.

This is a simple design and service hotel. There is no waiter in the lobby, password lock, check-in needs to be registered online, even if you arrive at the lobby, you need to sit down and check in on your mobile phone. The location of the hotel is good, 100 meters from the small garden of Chelushi, there are several restaurants around. Coffee...0 is not too far from several more authentic shopping areas, but it is not particularly close. In this area are more old locals with a lot of heritage, so the simple version of the hotel surprised me! Room size is OK, but more like a hotel for young students. Breakfast is OK, there is also a small outdoor area available! If you want to have chic in the old district of London, this location is good, but the hotel does not. The price has also become a bit more expensive. It is better to see the hotels in the Sloane Square area.

Only one elevator worked, so it was difficult to check out. I am satisfied with the location, price, and facilities. It is very quiet. There are also supermarkets such as Amazon Go and Salisbury nearby.

The location is good and there are manu restaurants around. The room is spacious but the bed is small. The bed mattress is not comfortable and the blanket is too thick for this weather.

Though I prepaid to reserve the room, there was no room available when I arrived. It was shocked to be aware of clear discrimination durning the stay with Radisson Blu group in UK (both London and Manchester). In London, I was asked to move to another hotel and also had to pack twice because of room change. After traveling several countries with totally different experience in Radisson Blu as corporate contracted hotels, I m afraid I would not bet any of my travel plan with this hotel any more in the future.

The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding environment is very peaceful , should be a business district, Not far from the underground, about 5 minutes walk. It's also very convenient to take a bus nearby, and the hotel provides basic supplies. The space in the room is good. I will recommend it to my friends.
