Although the location of this hotel is a bit remote, it was still lively on Friday night with many guests staying. On Saturday morning, some people were practicing swings on the golf course behind the hotel; and children were playing football on the lawn just after entering the gate, which seemed to be organized training or competition. The hotel itself is quite old, but the hygiene is kept very clean and the service staff are also very friendly. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is average, and the noise continued until late on Friday night.

It is a lovely small Hotel and good location. I walked for 20 min and is manageable. Room is nice and clean. More importantly Stella is a lovely kind lady taking care the place and customer. Excellent value for money

If I'm honest this hotel was not great value for money. The room was small, not very clean, bed was uncomfortable and smelt musty (I know they make a big thing about being a hotel/inn since 1203 - but I don't want the smell from that era as well). I have stayed here previously and it was much better (or at least the room I was in was better). So I will not being staying here in the future

Very nice night, receptionist even let us have extra biscuits and made sure everything was okay for us ! only downside is that we wanted to stay 1-2 hours extra after checkout for the pool which cost £30. We will be back
