We had such an outstanding stay here for my birthday. Our experience started at reception the staff were so helpful, we arrived early before the check in time, this wasn’t an issue and were shown to an upgraded room. This hotel has so much history and wonderful architecture it’s a must to visit especially if you also like trains. We can’t wait to return for our next visit. Thank you for such a memorable time.

Great location, otherwise average. It was great as a transit hotel (needed to travel by train to other places across a few days) but it was not a particularly noteworthy hotel stay experience otherwise. We always had to ask for still water from reception (it wasn't always automatically refilled) and when we asked earlier in the morning before 8:30, we were told that housekeeping wasn't up yet (although reception did bring it to us. The elevators also need to be fixed - we were stuck in the middle elevator for a bit when the lift did not open to our level. The elevator on the right also needs to be fixed - the level indicator display was broken. Overall, I found the furniture of the hotel to be a bit old and the hotel can do with a freshening up. We also had some tech issue with card keys which didn’t work and we had to go down to the lobby twice to get them fixed.

The Capital Host Euston provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to London will find that the Capital Host Euston is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 500m from Euston Railway Station and 15km from London City Airport. In addition, Euston Metro Station is just a short walk away. With multiple attractions nearby including The British Museum, King’s Cross and Russell Square, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is convenient, the environment is good, the room facilities are clean and tidy, the area is not too small, and the breakfast is good, but it is the same every day. Cleaning needs to be requested from the front desk. I requested room cleaning three times in seven nights and changed the bed sheets once, but it was rejected because they would not change them if they were not dirty. Finally, they changed the pillowcases after insisting.

The room is very small, like a residential renovation, not soundproof, the sound of walking upstairs is very clear, there is a subway passing downstairs, like sleeping on the train, the aisle is small, the bathroom is small, in short, no matter how much Sleeping, very close to the train station, the front desk service is good

The location is good, St. Pancras and King's Cross Station are right next to it. There is an underground passage exit next to the building (just below our room window, a little noisy at night), which can be directly connected; walking on the ground is just across the road. The hotel check-in is in a bar, the door is not big, and it is easy to miss. The hotel is not big, and the graffiti-like facade of the building is very eye-catching, you can see it when you exit the station. Slippers are provided proactively, which is very rare…

Everything great. Only one thing wrong . We asked the timing of breakfast with reception and was told it started at 7am. This was not true. It was 8am and meant we could not partake. If we had known this we would not have pre purchased breakfast. Attempted to have cost reimbursed, hotel refused. A pity as all was good except we had to pay for something we did not have.

The view outside the window is beautiful and peaceful. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can ask for more towels and toiletries if you run out. The shower room in the bathroom is too small, making it difficult to turn around. The room lighting is too dim. The soundproofing is poor, and footsteps from upstairs can be heard clearly.

Room a little small but very clean, and comes with a fan, hairdryer, clean towels, coffee and tea facilities - i got the front room facing street so it was noisy when the street cleaners came to clean but its expected noise from a big city like london! Very convenient location - literally across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross station. I would recommend for no-fuss travellers who only want a private room to sleep and shower in. Staff friendly, and you can leave your bag until 12am when you check out at no extra charge, which is very convenient.

Lovely little down to earth hotel right next to St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Perfect location for transport links across the city. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was basic but clean and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. The stairs are quite steep and narrow and floors uneven so might not suit travellers with mobility issues. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable base to explore the city and would happily stay here again on future trips. Thank you for having us 😊

The location of the room is very good, just across the road from Kingcross Station, no more than 50 meters from the entrance and exit of the underground passage. It is very convenient to store luggage. There are two service staff encountered, one is warm and friendly, and the other is relatively cold. The stairway is relatively narrow, the spring on the door is a bit too powerful, and it is a bit laborious to enter and exit and go up and down the stairs. The room space is very small, 26 inches can barely be opened, and the suitcases 28 and above are estimated to be a bit difficult. The bathroom facilities are also relatively mini and the bedding is minimal. What facilities have been running outside the room, there is uninterrupted noise.

Great experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.

My recent stay at the Bexleyheath Marriott was a delightful experience. The hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern and comfortable amenities, made it the perfect choice for my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredibly comfortable queen-size bed. After a long day of exploring London, I found myself sinking into the soft, plush mattress and enjoying a restful night's sleep. The bedding was luxurious, and the room was quiet, providing the ideal environment for relaxation. Beyond the comfortable bed, the Marriott exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and the dining options were excellent. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a more formal dining experience, the Marriott has something to offer. Overall, I highly recommend the Bexleyheath Marriott for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London. The queen-size bed alone is worth the visit!

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

Terrible hotel. Checked in, got to room only to find someone else in bed. Was told by receptionist that ‘there couldn’t be’!! Stayed two nights. On both nights first two items on menu choice were unavailable. On second night third choice was Nachos. Delivered to table without chilies, sour cream or cheese. So just the tomato sauce then. Apparently the chef couldn’t find the ingredients 🤦. Upon check out charged twice on card. Asked how stay was and told. Ignored. Never stay there again.

The temperature controls in the rooms can be challenging. The whole hotel is either set on ”air con” or ”heating”, You have a choice of whether or not to turn something on, but no control over the actual temperature of what is blowing in your room. Although I asked downstairs if it was ”air con” as the weather was quite warm...and was told it was....they changed it overnight and it went to heating. When I woke up my room was above 25degrees. It was like a sauna. It isn't possible to cool the room back down with the small window crack you can manage and the train station noise is very close. It can be awkward.

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it. Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank. We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location). Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point. We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92. The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items. I’d definitely stay again.

My wife and I had a stay at Mimis recently, and overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. However, I suggest doing some research beforehand, as the rooms are quite tiny. Even though we were aware of this before arriving, we were still a bit surprised by just how small they were. Despite this, it didn't negatively impact our experience or spoil our stay. The room and bathroom was nicely decorated. I only have a few minor observations rather than complaints. Upon check-in, we requested a late check-out, but the person at the reception seemed a bit abrupt, as he did with an older couple in front of us who had questions about their room location in the annex and that they hoped to stay in the main building. The pillows provided were not very supportive, as they deflated to almost nothing. If we had stayed for more than one night and asked for extra pillows, they would have been accommodating. Regarding breakfast, we inquired about the options available and were informed that they offered coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide hot food, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the choice of continental-style breakfast with cold meats and other items; we would have been willing to pay for it as we only wanted somthing light. Despite these very small things, they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We still had a pleasant time, and we are looking forward to returning to Mimis in the future. Location is great!

Unfortunately  not a gd nights sleep, stayed in 3 different rooms in the first 24 hrs of our stay due to very uncomfortable squeaky beds and gave up after the 3rd room as we couldn’t face being moved again.. rooms very dated and in need of major modernisation. Location was not great for us as it’s a 15 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Kensington high street) as Kensington Olympia tube station is only 5 minutes away but tubes only arrive there weekends and are few and far between but that’s our fault for not researching that correctly. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was 1st class ..  If only the hotels room  deco was at the same standard as the staff/breakfast this would have been a top 5/5 hotel except the location didn’t suit us.

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
