We was in a disability room there was only 2 plug sockets furniture had to be rearranged so I plug my cpac machine in was told by 2 staff members I could have an extention but wasn't given one and had to ask twice for a shower chair as there was anywhere to sit if you can't stand to have a shower noisy at night from surrounding clubs till about 3am not there fault they do have double glazing and thick curtains staff was friendly it was clean

The Pine Suite is perfectly situated on Talbot Road, a stones throw from the beach and into Blackpool town it’s self.Very close to Blackpools exciting nightlife but at the same time a quiet space just to relax and ignore the world if that’s what you like to do.Furnished to a high standard but keeping it neat and modern.The Pine Suite is located at the back of the building, on the first floor, natural light comes from the skylights above and also in the bathroom, this is a warm comfortable apartment.This apartment has been updated with a brand new luxury double bed and Pocket Sprung mattress to offer you an amazing night sleep!From 10-5 Monday - Saturday, you can catch us downstairs in the shop ‘Bed Time’ if you have any questions or issues, the property is self check in however we are more than happy to help where ever needed.Talbot Road is an excellent location in Blackpool as it’s so easy to reach any location reasonably quickly, if your looking for an exciting night out then we recommend ‘Garlands’ just a few doors up, you also have Funny Girls left at the top of the road.Unfortunately there is no parking as such on Talbot Road, however we do recommend using Queen Street car park which is 1/2 minutes walk from the apartment.When you arrive, the building is very easy to locate, in between HomeBargain and Herron Food, above BED Time.Public transport is great in Blackpool, outside the building you have a bus stop for local buses, there is also the tram stop at the bottom of Talbot Road, and Blackpool North just further up.Taxis are also very easy to book, we recommend you phone direct then hailing them down.Please note these arn’t party pads, we want every guests stay to be as comfortable as possible, there is an apartment next door to you, there may be some noise.It’s really important, any problems that you may have that you contact us as soon as possible, it’s not fair to tell us any negatives after you have checked out, when we have the ability to resolve them during your stay.

Weather was cold but room was warm .Left alone to *** and go as i need not having to greet owner every morning and afternoon . Self service kitchenet was a great idea with coffee machine toasters and microweavy ,thanks Nigela.all in all enjoyed my stay and will stay again if a single room is available.🤠😎

Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

Great location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.

My daughter and I stayed here overnight while she was attending a dance competition. The hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a smile by the owner, who was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a spacious, sea view room. It was clean, large enough to sleep 5. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of hot drink supplies. The toiletries provided were fantastic. Very happy with the price and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you Vinnie's, it's been great.

We were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.

Our experience was a bit of a let down as Blackpool isn’t the same as what it used to be we feel it has gone downhill. The hotel staff were amazing they went above and beyond to tend to our requests. It’s a shame though as the hotel could do with a bit of work as it seems tired and outdated. The breakfast was okay too couldn’t really complain, one thing I will say though is the floorboards are too squeaky.

For the last minute booking was perfect. Clean,all you need in the bathroom, cofee,tea in the room. Excellent breakfast, we have been asked if we want more but it was enough for 1 person. The hotel is just 5 or less mins walk to the city Center where you have the Blackpool tower. The owner was really good and very handy for any help. there was absolutely no need for tram or bus. I only took bus when going to the zoo. It was a straight bus to the zoo, £6 all day ticket. McDonald is down the street same with pound land, winter Garden was just behind. Pleasure beach might be 10 but less than 15 mins away for a slow walker. I will defend recommend this hotel.

The hotel is grand, but dated. It’s in a lovely position on the promenade and Gynn Square tram stop directly opposite. There is a Premier shop just around the corner for essential items. The room wasn’t ready, despite me being quite a bit past check in time, but the staff quickly rectified in a friendly and efficient manner. The room was adequate and clean. Great to have an iron and ironing board. Nice touch! I didn’t eat there, but had plenty of bits to make a drink in room. TV in room and felt quite at home with the distant sounds of the seagulls reminding me I was at the seaside. Happy days.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. The kitchen provides basic kitchenware. There is a stove, microwave and induction cooker. Going out is the tram stop, very convenient. I booked a 3-person accommodation, but only provided towels and bedding for two people, which was disappointing. The only concern at that time was the deposit problem. I don't know when to return it. Fortunately, after a few hours of check-out, the deposit has been returned.
