It was a pleasant stay at The Pilgrm. Checking in a easy, but remember to online check in first before you guys arrive in order to save time, else if not, you guys still need to do it at the reception during checking in. I booked the single room, and it is literally small, so you might want to consider the size of your luggage for space and not for those that prefers having ample space in room. Room doesn't come w aircondition, but you can bring up the windows for fresh air to enter. Lift is available, but it doesn't connect to all rooms, so some rooms might still need to use the cute and steep stairs, to put into your consideration, but for luggages, no worries, the staff is able to bring it to your room should you need assistance. Staff is friendly, and if you love small and cozy boutique hotels just like me, than this place is definitely for you to try! 🎉

Great location. The underground and railway way stations are just at the opposite side of the road. There are elevators all the way from the train platform of Heathrow airport. There are quite a number of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is with reasonable size. Everything is clean and new. But there is not a refrigerator. Get prepared to add GBP5/night to your budget per night, to top up the wifi. The mobile phone signals are very poor, while the free wi-fi is with very low speed. It needs your patience for opening your emails. Audio/video meetings are impossible.

The bedroom and bathroom are quite narrow. There is almost no place to put it. Strong water, free WiFi, but in the room the signal is not good, there is no TV, but overall good, near the train station. Near a mini-mart, suitable for Backpackers..When sleeping late at night, you can hear the sound of people opening and closing doors, the sound of people walking, disturbing when sleeping.

The location is very close to Paddington train station and subway station, there are Big Bus and Golden Bus Tour stations nearby, and there is Hyde Park walking south. Drinks, tea bags, and biscuits are all free. The room space is small and it will be very narrow with a large suitcase. When you check-out, just put the door card in the small box at the counter. Overall, the location and service are very convenient.

My first trip to London. Hotel Paddington will be my first choice when I return. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Pillows a little mushy but ok. Every employee there was so nice and helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. There is a fridge in the room, nice cold a.c ! Bathroom was spotless. Every request was immediately attended to. No microwave, there is an iron and safe. Nice thick white robes wirh slippers. Towels were soft fluffy and huge. No washcloths but hand towels. The Nespresso with complimentary biscuits were delicious. Complimentary water for tea kettle or to drink with complimentary o.j. sodas.I would give them 5 stars with no hesitation. I travel for work in the states and stay at a lot of hotels. There was no ”ick or eww” when I entered the room. Cleanliness was obvious. If there is a problem they will fix bit right away. Free breakfast vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel were definitely worth the breakfast.

Amazing front desk and housekeeping team! There’s a lady from Bangladesh who has big smiles and very helpful when we have late lunch at the lobby restaurant. One thing that I don’t really like is that there’s a scaffolding wrapping around the entire hotel and they started the drilling and pounding work at 9 am sharp.

My family loved the location of the hotel. Easy check in and out. Our room has the city view, it was really lovely. There was a complimentary ferry rides drom the hotel to Canary Wharf which we really enjoyed. Restaurants are near and lots of options. The room looks really clean and smelled clean as well. When we checked out, we just took a ferry from the hotel to Westminster pier.

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it. Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank. We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location). Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Accommodation is close to places to eat such as the KFC Burger King Nando. Tesco Lotus Express is open 24 hours. Anyone traveling by subway is convenient. Not far from the accommodation, large room with a double bed, but the disadvantage is that there is no water provided. And change the sheets every 2 days. We stay 5 nights, change just 2 times but rearrange the bed every day. Overall, very satisfied. Lovely staff Very informative and helpful, very impressed. If there is a chance, I will go back to stay again. Also nearby is Harrods, just 25 minutes walk. For those who like to walk, can walk straight away.

My wife and I had a stay at Mimis recently, and overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. However, I suggest doing some research beforehand, as the rooms are quite tiny. Even though we were aware of this before arriving, we were still a bit surprised by just how small they were. Despite this, it didn't negatively impact our experience or spoil our stay. The room and bathroom was nicely decorated. I only have a few minor observations rather than complaints. Upon check-in, we requested a late check-out, but the person at the reception seemed a bit abrupt, as he did with an older couple in front of us who had questions about their room location in the annex and that they hoped to stay in the main building. The pillows provided were not very supportive, as they deflated to almost nothing. If we had stayed for more than one night and asked for extra pillows, they would have been accommodating. Regarding breakfast, we inquired about the options available and were informed that they offered coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide hot food, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the choice of continental-style breakfast with cold meats and other items; we would have been willing to pay for it as we only wanted somthing light. Despite these very small things, they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We still had a pleasant time, and we are looking forward to returning to Mimis in the future. Location is great!

This is a hotel with a very good price/performance ratio. The location is very convenient. It only takes half an hour to get to Oxford Circus. There is a large shopping mall 2 stations nearby. There are also most shops and a lot of food. The breakfast service in the hotel is very good. The waiters Soad and PedRo Briton are very enthusiastic. The buffet breakfast also has optional items, such as grill fish. The room is very tidy and has a clean bathtub. At this price, you can't find anything else in London that is this clean and tidy. Can't really get a better hotel for events in Olympia, it is just 2 minutes walk away from the front entrance. Room was ok, good size. Broken lift disappointing, meant quite a wait sometimes. Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
