We had a concert at the O2 and so booked due to its location. Unfortunately it is a good 20 minutes walk from Canary Wharf tube and you can’t get a straightforward train/tube to the O2, it involves DLR and tube. We ended up ordering an uber. Hotel room was lovely, bathroom are extremely spacious. Beds were very comfy. Although there was air conditioning the system kept on just turning itself up to 22 and in some cases 24! Made the room really hot and so we had to turn it off. Steam room was broken, didn’t use any of the other facilities. Nice to have a free bottle of water and there were things like nail files, makeup wipes etc, as well as the normal shower gel and shampoo.

The room can accommodate three people. There is a sofa that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. It is necessary to note that the UK hotel basically has no toothpaste and toothbrush and the slippers need to carry the hotel. The hotel has a buffet breakfast £7.5. An ibis is a choice that I will go to in many countries. The hotel chain Accor Group's blessing quality is very guaranteed and the price is moderate for students to accept

Amazing experience with Vertus. Signage from the station and all around the area was great and was super easy to find the location. Front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating. Facilities and amenities provided were also above and beyond what was expected. Lounge and communal areas were a highlight.

We stayed one night with 2 boys. Very happy on the location, easy to access and feel safe. They have few restaurants and supermarkets around. Not much amenities around but it is OK to us.

Good location, many shops around, close to the station. There is almost no heating, so wear more clothes. The service is OK and relatively clean. Excessive energy saving and water saving is a problem that this type of hotel has to face.

For the cleaning of the room you have to notify every morning if you stay more than one day; the room is large with a view of the Thames, but the upholstery of the chair is worn and unpleasantly stained; the staff is very helpful and kind; the breakfast good and varied. At dinner the food is very good but the waiting times are very long.

For the price in relatively central London, it’s not bad as they provide a simple and clean room. But few things for the rating, and why amenities is lower in terms of score: It’s a budget hotel, so they need to have other services to upsell you. Luggage storage costs 15 GBP, which is crazy especially when you are paying essentially 100 USD for one night. Putting aside the one room cleaning every 4 nights (only giving you new towels everyday), the main shortcoming lies in a poor ventilation system and the over reliance on a relatively nauseating lavender scent. Sure it’s not that strong, but that coupled with the stale air makes it quite a suffocating experience. I aim to be fair in my reviews, but coupled with general service - the staff can’t lend pen, or paper, or even make an effort to? Like the seeming unwillingness on such an easy task is confusing. Wifi went out for the first night, and there’s no reception of any kind in the room, so was pretty bad. Took one whole day before it was resolved. TLDR: Would opt for a hotel with windows, and it’s not worth paying so much for this.

Nice hotel tucked away a stone's throw from Deptford Bridge DLR station. Nothing really in the area other than a Co-op shop and takeout coffee shop so you'll likely be using the DLR to go to Cutty Sark for drinks and food etc. Didn't mention I had to pay a £50 deposit for any add-ons. Still waiting for this to be returned after checkout. Friendly staff and free warm cookie on check-in. Room was decent but as a solo room rather cramped and a strange design with the bed in the middle of the room with a cupboard behind with a bathroom behind. Light switch and plugs on the side of this cupboard. Also a bit of noise from above. Very good free WiFi and nice TV in room. Tea and coffee provided on an awkward kettle tray thing you need to somehow carry from behind the bed to the desk. Safe provided also. Desk also not ideal as you can't put your feet underneath properly as there's a shelf below. Aircon/heating decent but heater causes condensation on mirrors in wall. Rooms tidied and bed made every day which is nice. Didn't try the bar as no price list in the room and looked very posh/expensive. Overall a decent stay. I think someone needs to test run a stay in the room I stayed in though (room 1) just to see how unintuitive/awkward the room is. Would maybe stay again if cheap but would look for better location next time.

The Holiday inn express Greenwich is in a great location close to the 02 arena. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable beds, the shower and bathroom is very nice. Me and my wife had a lovely time staying for one night. Much nicer than the Travel Lodge. For us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights. Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre. Overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ). The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark. Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day. The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way. There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening. We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.

St Christopher's Inn Greenwich is the first hostel I lodged when I first got to the United Kingdom in February 2023 and this prompted me to book the place again this year. The cleaners and some members of staff were very nice and respectful but a short lady was very rude to me. She is light in colour and I have her picture. I approached her to make some enquiries but she insulted and made derogatory statements to me. She even shouted at me and was very rude. I was embarrassed by her actions and just left the lady. She pierced her ears and was on duty around 1.30pm on Monday 26th February. Her actions depicts someone who is frustrated and I don't expect the lady to be pouring her anger on customers. What I avoided was confrontation with her because I am a gentle person who doesn't like unnecessary arguments with people. But I feel lodgers deserve some form of respect which for me is reciprocal.

A great place with plenty of space. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. It was also very clean. However, the curtains were not blackout at all, and both had some issues, making it even harder to block out light. It was very easy to be woken up by the sunlight in the morning. But other than that, this place was really nice!
