Great place to live as a shared hostel, best among its competitors, staff is quite friendly and make u feel like home, some limitations may remove in near future as more improvements are coming to this place. Will be priority among others especially on these competitive rates... Good business model with better bedding mechanism.

The hotel is really well situated for access to bristol cathedral, park street and Baldwin and corn streets, all of which are home to a plethora of restaurants and pubs. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the mattress comfy and the tv was a decent size. We enjoyed our stay there and would gladly do so again.

Very comfortable hotel right at the canals. Very close to a major restaurant and club area so a bit loud in the evening but windows are well insulated. Comfortable bed and well maintained bathroom. Staff was friendly. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel and 24 hour parking, when paid at the hotel, is £18.

Good location. Parking is advertised in the car park at £35, but you pay £17 at the reception desk. The car parking spaces are v.tight if you have a larger vehicle. Hotel itself is nice, rooms are what you need. Comfy beds and pillows, white bath linen (no gown which would have been nice), decent toiletries available. Kettle in room and small fridge. We didn’t have any type of view - it was facing another building but we weren’t bothered. Breakfast was good, served in the miller & carter. There’s a gym but Not much else in terms of facilities but you’re on top of the centre and everything is walking distance

I got a great deal on this stay but it was marred by a long wait checking in with staff confused that I hadn't fully paid and wanting to charge me full price. They eventually let me in and said they thought it was an error between trip.com and hotel and would sort. Have stayed before and had similar long checkin - unsure if relates to Trip.com bookings or generally slow! Wasn't charged the £10 deposit. Very comfy bed. Front of hotel covered in scaffolding but didn't affect stay as left before work started in morning. No tea spoons in room (not even wooden ones, as is typical these days!) just wooden stirrers. Towel in bathroom torn. Nice toiletries. Quiet room aside from road noise

Whenever in ask about the water bottle, they told me that they got only limited numbers of bottle. Had to buy from tesco nearby. The check in and check out process was smooth, they allow you to keep the back kat the caunter lobby while waiting the room to be readt

Rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, and an early morning call was easily and promptly done. Breakfast is very good, bread and fruit juice buffet, as well as a pure English breakfast, free order, taste very good! Drinking tea to tea cups is very exquisite, a breakfast out of a holiday feel! A family of three, asked if they would like an extra bed when they arrive at the hotel? We didn't add it, so we gave us the largest double bed room. The room was not as soundproof as the comment said. Very quiet, right next to the suspension bridge. This is also the hotel we were most satisfied with for a month in Bristol!

The hotel is very nice, with all the equipments need, however, I had several experiences finding the lights cannot be turned on, and also the oven does not work. The safe cannot work, and the mirror was at the ground. The washing machine kept on running water without stopping? It seems no one checked the property properly before the customers check in. Also their online sales control the sales of rooms without over 28 days, so, doing online booking cannot over 28 days. After 28 days, if you want to stay longer, then the sales price almost like stock price, flucturating seriously, then it becomes today is a price, tomorrow the price is doubled. In most other hotels chains, it will have a committed price for certain time, so customers can know it will be valid for how long. However, this hotel sales will tell a different price every day. It makes less confidence to let customers feel loyalty. The other strange thing is their direct price is always cheaper than the agent price, so it makes people better book at agent rather than book directly, it seems very unusual as well. It looks like both the customers service for room management and the sales service for sales management shall be further looked and improved. It is not buying stuff from weekend market, and the price can dramatically change like this. Also, a commitment to customer shall be followed, especially if this is already in writing. It is not right to tell customer one price in writing, and the next day changes again. It sounds like we bargain in the weekend market for buying vegetables or meats? No customers will like to see A Price become B Price and become C Price. Also, there is no difference between daily rate and weekly rate and monthly rate, seems hotel does not encourage direct sales with customers, also do not encourage long term stay as well. Can only say It is a very unique experience.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol.

Future Inn Bristol Bond Street: Exceptional Value and Quality My recent stay at the Future Inn on Bond Street in Bristol exceeded all expectations. I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, readily answering all my questions with genuine helpfulness. This welcoming atmosphere extended throughout my stay. The breakfast was a true highlight – genuinely the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The quality and variety were outstanding, making for a perfect start to each day. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even the air conditioning unit came with clear, easy-to-understand instructions, something I've struggled with at other hotels. It's this level of thoughtfulness that sets Future Inn apart. If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional value without compromising on quality, I wholeheartedly recommend the Future Inn Bristol Bond Street. It's a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay. Future Inn is definitely ”the one” for me!

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

This last-minute hotel reservation was at least twice as expensive as usual. It's conveniently located in the city center, next to a Tesco. However, due to its central location, the security at night is quite poor. The room was very large and felt like a remodeled old hotel, but the old exterior outside the window was quite ordinary. The lighting was too dim, the room was too large, and I was given a corner room, which made sleeping uneasy. Furthermore, the hotel's cleanliness was very poor, and the mattress was of poor quality.

Located right on Cabot Circus, it's quite convenient geographically. Our room was on the first floor, and the window faced the exhaust of the restaurant downstairs, which caused a constant odor and noise. The hotel's floorboards were also very thin, and we could feel the floor vibrate whenever someone walked around or sat on the bed. The dishwasher was old, and the wheels on the basket kept falling off, and it didn't wash clean. Everything else was fine. Also, the shops at Cabot Circus closed at 6 p.m., leaving only the homeless to wander around. I recommend booking a room at City Center or Clifton.

The hotel is a very old building, somewhat like a B&B, with very old facilities. Old elevators and old room facilities. The rooms are larger, the beds are softer, and they are cleaner! Although the window is small, the bathroom is relatively large with a separate bathtub, shampoo and shower gel! There is a bar downstairs in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Please note that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor. You can hear all the activities in the next room clearly.
